Brilliant move TBH. Patrick Peterson is already there so there's familiarity. It's a good situation for all involved.

Eh, Ball is a totally different back than Dayne. Dayne had a beer belly and a nickname. The black version of Touchdown Tommy Vardell from Stanford. Ball is quicker, has some of that jump-cut ability like Matt Forte, good between the tackles when he has to find a seam and drive, should be a chain mover hopefully. And, not a #1 pick, a #58 pick.

I am proud of this staff...love the first two picks...Ball was my favorite RB in the draft with Bell and Franklin a distant second and third...Lacey has too many ?'s

nah, moreno is more likely imo. Ball and moreno are the same kind of back, no one else on the roster brings the power of mcgahee.

Perhaps.....he just acts like a douchebag to me. He might be the next Pacman Jones.

his interview on ESPN8 the ocho is pretty comical listening to him.....sounds like the last book he read was "The Cat in The Hat"

They pick for need and get great value so far at the same time. They also give the picks a chance to succeed

Tampa loading up to make a run, then they bring in a QB controversy. Strange

You obviously haven't seen a lot of Ball. He is in no way...equivalent to Moreno. They are NOT the same back.

Ball has what Moreno could only dream about....."Vision & quick feet"!

Mike Glennon completed 58.5 percent of his passes in 2012, which ranked 62nd out of 80 FBS quarterbacks that attempted at least 300 passes. Yet, Glennon was not helped by his receivers. NC State dropped 47 passes, tied for the most of any AQ school. ESPN

Do we have to honor the troops every ten seconds. Just say the pick.
