Oooh, there goes Michael James. The first of my four late 7th round Orange Mane mock draft sleepers. Very good RB/FB hybrid.

I guess we don't need competition upgrading at Safety?

Kayvon Webster is more than physical enough to play safety. I'd have to imagine that's our plan, or at least he'll be in the big nickel. We're apparently going to carry 6 CBs, so for that to make sense, we have to go lighter at Safety. His physical play would allow us to do that if we go that route. I have to assume that's the plan as opposed to cutting Tony Carter or Omar Boldin, or just sitting Webster on the gameday inactive for the year.

Wow, did Bacarri Rambo ever sink like a rock in this draft. And Jorden Poyer is still out there, I don't get that at all, there must be failed drug tests or medicals.

Hopefully Denver will be screwing all of the other teams in 2013 and into 2014.

John Boyett was such a good prospect, now he has no knees. Can't imagine he makes it back from dual patellar tears.

Cooper Taylor would have been great! So Lynch helped scout Webster to play Safety..?

Maybe.

That's a tough selection for me to make sense of. I don't get where he fits on our 53 man roster unless he can play some safety. And while I like him as a late round sleeper, I'm not so sure about 3rd round value. Just seems like an odd selection all around.

Taylor went high, was a nice job scouting by you. Again. Though I think Med might have liked him the most
