Schefter just said on Total Access that asking price is 1st this year and conditional 2nd next year.

I don't think Revis is worth all of the trouble it would be acquiring him, then keeping him happy. |

HAHAHAHHA well, I thought this story had wings. All the stuff I see does not even hint the Broncos are interested.

The injuries are what would scare me away, and the report of a 1st/2nd that just seems like a lot. If you PAY him, he'll be fine.

What makes you think he wont want to test the market? He is a known cash whore. A team like the Cowboys, Redskins, Eagles would easily outbid our cheap ass FO (and don't come with the we signed PM, every other FA since Mike left has been mid tier at a maximum,... but I love this approach.). And cut champ?... GTFO!

Any deal cut will come with a long term agreement or he won't get traded...good grief.

I rather wait for the eagles to cutt Namdi and pick him up then trade Doom and a possible draft pick or picks.

Perhaps if he wasn't coming off a serious injury, it would be worth a look. But you don't give up two high picks and offer a huge new contract to guy limping around after a torn acl.
Guys like Adrian Peterson are exceptions, not the norm. |

Revis seems like a risky move but I would be excited nonetheless to have him a Bronco. Especially since we don't know who might fall to us in the first round. Whatever though Elway has got to be better at this then we are. Maybe not though. Maybe he just reads the mane and does what it says.

So many corners on market to be had for less money, sure they are no revis but I would take two quality starters for the same money.

If the options are a kings ransom for Revis or getting a deal on Nnamdi...give me Aso all day. I love Revis and think he'd be an awesome signing but Aso is still elite imo, a far bigger bargain and we'd have enough sense to use him as a press man corner where he is at his absolute best. One good thing about this current regime is that it does common sense very well, unlike the last two.

Nnamdi wasn't fast to begin with. He relied on excellent technique. Now that he's lost a step he can't cover for ****.
