Jonathan Cooper was my favorite player in the whole draft. Highest graded on film and not even close. Kid can do it all, excpet he will be better on the move than straight power scheme blocker.

That is why I went Warmack over Cooper because of the scheme that the Lions run is man/power.

just out of curiosity and because the draft is so slow right now, why Warmack over Fisher at 5? not bagging your pick at all, just curious.

That was a very hard for me but, I took Warmack because the Lions drafted Reiff last year. Schwartz has been pretty firm that he wants him at LT.

Reading things from the Lions board I learned that Dominic Raiola struggled in run blocking because of OG play and the Lions released right guard Stephen Peterman. Just seemed like the right move IMO.

I would have taken fisher and moved t-rex arms reiff into guard where he is better suited

Nice, Warmack would be an excellent addition to Detroit, imo. I like Fisher better due to the position he plays and Backus being like 93 (in terms of football years) years old, but I think Warmack fits just fine there.

Good for you, I'm not concerend between 33 1/4 arms vs 34 1/2. When are the Browns going to move Joe Thomas to guard by the way?

BroncoInferno sent me his selection and it has been made for the Carolina Panthers. Drek has been PM'd and he and the Saints are officially on the clock.

Three very good prospects went in a row. I love Rhodes a lot, but don't feel Tampa Bay is his best fit.

Star is a steal for the Panthers if his condition is not serious.

I hear Backus might retire. Had that happen before my pick I would have taken him.

Anyways there are still guys I have my eyes on to fix the OL problems there in late rounds. Maybe I will go all Alabama OL players

whoa dont get sensitive, i grew up in the same area as Reiff. He is an arrogant prick, almost got his ass kicked at a local bar here for yelling "im richer than all of you mofo's and I dont need to wait in line to go to the bathroom." It was more a shot at him then you sir.

I was listening to Denver Sports radio this week and Bronco alum Alfred Williams said that he had a similar situation that Star Loutelelei has right now, when he came out of college back in the day. He said it's nothing to worry about and that in his opinion Star is the best DT coming out in this draft. The Panthers got a STEAL!

I'm not getting sensitive, I'm just point out that I looked at everything down to the scheme that the Lions like to run. The whole right side of that OL isn't expected back man.

Jeff Backus 15 starts
Rob Sims 16 starts
Dominic Raiola 16 starts
Stephen Peterman 16 starts
Gosder Cherilus 16 starts

Sims can play RG as well and maybe Reiff can play RT for a year.

Warmack and Richardson reuniting would be dynamic. Cleveland needs to bolster their interior. I could see Dee Milner fitting there and one other player who will be named later
