Default Broncos 3 point favorites

Saw that we opened -3 at NE. So in other words, Vegas thinks we are basically a touchdown better than the patriots when you factor in the homefield advantage. Thoughts? The patriots scare me, mainly because we have to play these ****ers once again at their place. I don't think we'll see the pats who got slaughtered at KC and who barely beat Oakland. To me, this is the most scary game left on the schedule and I severely want to beat these guys. Vegas likes us, I don't think anyone in the league besides denver would be a favorite at their place.

At least it isn't a late November/December night game.

Probably about right. I think if it's a cleanly played game on both sides we win by 7. I think the Pats will come out flying, but if we don't get completely out schemed or rick rolled, we'll pull away in the end.

Broncos are a much better team bet that number grows.

Denver is the better team in so many ways, but it is hard to shake the doubts still. This is the game that could cure me of my skepticism. Pound the Patriots in the same fashion as they did SF, AZ and SD....and I shall doubt them no more.

Broncos are the better team. But it is still and East Coast game that the Broncos have to travel to. Patriots have long enjoyed an absurd home field advantage (which is why it really pisses me off that we have had to play them in Foxbarrow for 3 years in a row now) and Gronk looks to be fully healthy. The number will shift as we get closer to Sunday. But I don't expect it to ever go over 6.

This is historically a game the Broncos will lose by a lot. Prime Time, better team, riding high...we should be down by 21 after the first quarter.

Winning on the road in the NFL is not easy to do. Winning at Foxboro against Tom Brady is a tough task.

Coaching will have a big influence on this game, we have the better players they have the better coach.

I don't know about them having the better coach - Fox made the playoffs with Tebow and made the Superbowl with Delhomme. I don't think Belicheat could do that.

If we don't get completely out-coached we should win by two touchdowns.

Seems as though Belichick always has a new wrinkle to show us, whether it's the no huddle, TE out of the backfield, etc.

Would love to see Fox surprise everyone by giving Thompson a larger number of carries. Probably something they would least expect, giving a rookie UDFA a bigger role for this game. He could be the X factor.

Well, considering players and coaches read these boards, that plan is now null and void!

If they decided to make us beat them on the ground like last season, I think Thompson as thunder to Hillmans Lightening would be quite effective.

31-17 Broncos

Less experienced teams might have more trouble going into Gillette against Belicheat, but not us.

Just another day at work

The only remaining game on our schedule that we should be less than a touchdown favorite is the @KC game, and thats because of their defensive front. If you cant stop the run and cant get pressure with your front four, you basically have no shot against us.

I hope the Patriots emptied their proverbial bullet chamber on Chicago. NE should come out flat, after believing their own hype...
