Dude you cant get rid of the Superbowl ball can you? Stuff like that is the only crap i could see owning. I don't get into stuff like that. All I have is a signed barrelman football i got in 1998 when the Broncos played the Chargers in SD. He was there walking around!

Maybe it was 97? one of those Superbowl glory years. Man that was a fun trip!

I'd feel bad if I bought that ball. Revise that thing and mark it up a couple bucks maybe. I feel like the ball alone is worth $27

But... I have no idea what an auto goes for w/out COA

if u weren't a Broncos fan i would hate your guts for getting an 82" tv. i have my sights set on a 60" and thought i was living like a boss. just waiting on finding a new place to live. currently in the middle of moving and don't want to get the tv until i am somewhere i know i am going to be for awhile.

Somebody just bought the ball.

I didn't really need that 82 " tv. I have too many tvs and am trying to sell one of them on Craigslist........

But when DLP tvs were terminated by Mitsubishi I knew I had to jump. Always knew DLP tvs were the best bang for the buck anyway. LCD 80 incher is about 6k right now. LCD still have motion blur....DLPs do not.

One night shopping for a new cooktop that the wife or kids cracked and I'll never know who did it...I walked upon this 82" tv for $1999.99, regular $3500.00.

88 bucks a month and no interest.

Man has gotta do what a man has gotta do........lol

Wife was miffed to say the least when I told her I bought another tv instead of the cooktop.

I can appreciate the sentiment of those not wanting me to sell but outrage ? Not seeing that.

If you're going that big with a TV might as well invest in a 4K.

Well your talking to the right guy....as I said 1080P sets as far as LCD goes at 80 inch and above are right around 6k right now and look how long LCDs have been around.

4k is LCD tech and 80 inch sets are right at bare bones minimum to take advantage of it. Good luck on even 6k as a reasonable price for this size. 50-60 inchers will show little to no difference.

What this means as they try to feed us more and more resolution there is a diminishing return.

Then you add in the no way in hell its happening infrastructure upgrade needed for internet delivery of this content and forget about cable and sat.

Your basically buying an upconverting tv because there will be very little available source/content material.

DVD players upconvert 480 to 1080P, some good and some bad....now your asking these 4k sets to upconvert everything that comes into your set from best case scenario 1080P to 2160.......basically doubling the info....the mother of all upconverting technology.

I'll pass until some day they figure out the NATIVE
4K CONTENT DELIVERY..........

THESE ARE JUST A FEW OF THE ARTICLES FROM MAJOR PLAYERS who agree with me............

I work in electronics and ALWAYS do my research.....

Only a fool would rely ONLY on the internet for research, I have seen Sony's 84" 4k 25,000 dollar
4k tv right beside a similar size 1080P set.

You have to get right on top of it to see the difference....Saw a chart somewhere showing you had to be 6-7 feet from it to notice a difference.

My eyes would agree with that.

Their time would have been better spent resolving LCDs difficencies (?) like motion blur especially for sports.
