Default How about that coverage team - one of the best in the league

As a long time Broncos fan it is a thing of beauty watching our coverage team destroy the return man week after week.

It's a real big part of our success

Indeed. Somehow they seem to fly to the ball like wild men and maintain their lanes at the same time. Returning against this unit just doesn't look fun at all.

A far cry over STs in years past.

Not to mention we have far fewer blocks in back than before. And a legit return man.

Let's see, top offense, top defense, top special teams......Sounds like great and generally young talent coupled with overall great coaching from all units to me.

I have to say, given past years, it is an unfamiliar feeling to be so calm when we punt or kick-off knowing that our coverage teams will bottle up the return for little to no gain 95% of the time.

Kind of similar to this unfamiliar confidence I have that if the coverage can hold for 3 seconds our pass rush is going to destroy the QB. New experiences for me both of them.
