Well of course John Elway will be the Broncos executive of the year. Who else could it be? Joe Ellis? Elaine Woodworth? Rich Slivka? Kathy Hatch? Pat Bowlen? Or Pat's brother John?

Wow, that is hard to believe it has been that long ago!

The funny thing is these two AFC West Titles came immediately after the worst season in franchise history.

He certainly deserves the award, but whether he gets it or not depends on the competition ... who's out there, the Colts GM, who else?

I think that's because his leadership style, the casual way he does things, he doesn't draw much attention.

Elway is trying to pull off a mini Larry Bird. only thing he would be missing is to coach and be named coach of the year.

The Colts executives are going to get a strong look I'd imagine. Maybe the same for the Texans.

Elway should win this going away tho.
