Many? Not really. To try and say Christians in America want the death penalty in Uganda or bum **** egypt is a joke. Sure some really radical ones preach its a sickness, could be cured, a lot say no to marraige, but the death pentalty, or prison? That isn't the case at all. Let me guess you don't go to church.

Seems to me it is their country, should be their laws.
As for a death penalty might be a tad strict.
But no more harsh than other countries laws, for various things.

Sounds to me that they perfer not to have homosexuals in their country.

I do not know how to respond to this. Their are churches in the U.S. that are backing up and supporting Uganda's policy. Secretly they are sendign their people to Uganda to help promote and get these ideas on gays passed.

So 3 Americans who write books and give seminars are now seen as the Christian Church in America? Can't you see that these men aren't what you find at the typical American church. Now me I won't lie I still go to church sometimes mostly for music. Believe it or not where i sometimes go i can play music with a drummer who is world class, recorded with famous people. Maybe I don't go so much to worship the lord like I should. it's a mix of black, white, latino, asian, pretty funny really. Trust me dude you would meet some of the nicest people you know at American churches. Don't focus on the freak ones that dance with snakes, picket funerals, or a few that go to Uganda and say to kill homosexuals.

If you really think that is a reasonable connection then I guess there is no reason to argue anymore.
