Manning is basically a consensus favorite for MVP now. And Von Miller will certainly get some votes for DPOY, though Watt would probably win it as of today.

How often has that happened? It's pretty remarkable when you think about it. Maybe Favre and White were in a similar situation. There must be others but I can't think of them right now.
