Someone might say I am nitpicking and should be happy with the win, (which I am), but the turnovers are getting old. It would be nice for once, if Denver can have a clean game offensively. Just once?

I think....they need to get a handle on them as well. I see it this way. We are going to win the division and probably be the #3 Team in the AFC. That means we have 7 weeks to get this thing humming on all cylanders. If we can start peaking at the end of the season...then watch out.

But, yes....the turnovers are a problem that need to be fixed....or we will not be able to compete with the Texans, Pats, or Ravens.

Well the manning fumble is on the line. It was a blown protection and we haven't had one all year. But the fumbles are on Willis. He's been bad about them and getting worse. Averaging on a game is unacceptable. Two in a game should get you benched. That's what Bobby T would do. I said a few weeks ago but when RB's start getting old, one of the things that can start to flair up is fumbles. We will need to look at RB next year for sure.

Also wouldn't be against giving Lattimore a look as a UDFA.

Even though I think he sucks, I think it is time to activate Knowshon and get him some carries

McGahee is a problem right now, if I were coach Hillman starts next week with Knowshon and McGahee splitting carries when he needs a breather

Willis' fumbles don't even seem to be from big hits.

And will someone give Franklin some practice on how to secure the ball.

I don't know how he managed to fall on the ball alone and have it squirt away from him like that.

Willis has a problem...not nit picking...anyone that thinks its not a big deal will understand how costly those fumbles will be in a playoff game!! Get your Shiat together Willis, or Get the f$$$ off the field!

All our players need help in ball security. Our LB and DL both try for a highlight reel play and a run back instead of securing the ball.

at this point, what does Willis bring to the table that Moreno doesn't? He fumbles often, takes what is there, and hasn't broken a big one in how long?

McGahee is basically doing the same ****....and I feel better with Moreno back there than Ball. He can catch the ball and is a pretty decent blocker too....

exactly. Moreno also has better hands - pretty sure I saw Willis drop at least one easy pass today too.

Not only are we fumbling the ball way too much, but we're the worst in the league at recovering our own fumbles. And I thought I saw some stat last week that we're not only the worst in the league at it, we very bad historically at it (meaning we are not even close to the average rate of fumble recovery as you look back at stats going back in time - as an offense that is). Another one today we had a lineman drop right on the ball and can't find a way to come up with it. You just have to wonder.
