Default Colorado Buffaloes Roam Here!

FINALLY got rid of the old coaches now we may just have a chance. Your thoughts on this season and being in the new conference. Never thought I'd miss little red but I kinda do.

Gonna be a good transition into the 12 Pack errrr Pac12 this season. I think we have a few defensive concerns obviously but we come in with some decent depth at WR for the first time in years, the QB situation is hopefully settled after some merry-go-round seasons with multiple gunslingers.
The real concern is the schedule. This year is particularly brutal and if we start slow and struggle to grasp our new playbook it could be an insane learning curve headed into October.

My thoughts, 7 wins would be an OUTSTANDING first year effort given the new admin. GO BUFFS

Thanks for the input Pezman. I agree with you on all points! Tempting as it is to want our university to create a p***Y schedule, I'm glad we won't ever stoop as low as our little red neighbors and then brag about how they've set the record for most years with opening victories. I heard something like that last season from espn, who always seem to have their noses so far up nebraska's butts they can't see straight!

Welcome to the PAC.

I'll probably road trip to the CU vs WSU game every few years.

Bad start. I love our Buffaloes but also love Oregon. The Ducks got screwed by little red and the BS in 2001. I'm also a huge Steve Prefontaine fan!

Last year, Cal beat us 52 to 7. I think we're a better team this year. I think we can put another three points on 'em.

Buffs are a one player team. There's Rodney Stewart and everybody else. The QB can't hit the receivers. When he does hit them, they can't catch it. And the whole team is brain dead. Some of the stupidest penalties. Not only that, they do them over and over again. Where's the coaching? Polk pulled the same brain dead hit OB penalty he pulled last week. And how many false starts? Five? Seven? Just pathetic to watch.

worst Buff team I've seen in years. They have a shot at 1-2 wins at best.

Probably need a real Head coach and staff.. One of these days they will stop going on the cheap..

No self respecting kid wants to play for no bodies.. they will always getting left overs until they hire a legit staff.

Alright. Buffs win! Embree gets his first victory. That last 10 minute drive in the fourth quarter gives me some hope. Bring on the Buckeyes!

You realize this staff has the most NFL coaching experience out of any current staff in the country?

The issue with this staff is whether Embree is an HC and Bieniemy is an OC when neither have been coordinators before. Both were considered 2 of the best recruiters in the country before they started coaching in the pros. But yeah, this staff is a bunch of no bodies.

Great game by Tyler Hansen followed by a pathetic collapse of the Buffs defense.

They just lost at home to the worst team on their schedule. I'm putting my neck on the line for a 1-12 season. Have they ever won 1 or less games in a season

Stick to soccer Buffs, cos it's the only sport you're any good at.

Without our starting QB.

With us pissing away over 100 yards in penalties.

With the refs not calling a pushoff on your first TD (load of ****)

Welcome to the PAC, get beat.

Brutal loss, brutal. Not a man in Buff Nation didn't have this one penciled in as a 'W'.

1-10 in 1984...and that win only because the Iowa St. kicker choked. But then 7-4 the next year as McCartney's recruiting started to pay off.

That's because the rest of the country (ESPN) doesn't realize Keys is the best WR in the country.

Obviously the Buffs didn't.

I forgot about skiing, albeit considering the amount of slopes in states outside Colorado it's a disgrace that they haven't won it every year it's existed.

By the way the Buffs are the worst NCAA Div I team I've seen for quite some time.

52-24 down to Washington a team who hasn't scored 50 in 20 years.

The final play sums up the season pretty much as the Quarterback (if you could call him that) gets sandwiched by 4 sackers.

21 road losses in a row. How do you say pure **** on the ski slopes
