that whole organization is bad. your OL is supposed to be a strength yet you can't block for two of the better RB's in the NFL nor for your franchise star in Cam Newton.
your defense is supposed to be improved but you can't stop the run and barely get a good pass rush.

that team is almost as bad as the Colts were except they have more legit talent and potential than Indy when Manning went down.

he should have been canned years ago and Rivera is likely gone once the new GM is hired.

Cam's issue is not improving mentally in the game. he's making the same mistakes he did last season. his progression isn't where it should be.

that said, they're not putting him in a position to succeed. they got a franchise star and are trying to ride the money train instead of truly improving the product. they have got to get him some talent at WR and fix the damn OL.
right now it's take away Smith and blitz.

I think a huge problem with Carolina is Chudzinski. Why is this guy abadoning the run?! They have 3 above average RB's and Chud only rushes all 3 a combined 84 carries? That's 14 carries a game for all 3 of these guys.

that is as perplexing to me as Palmer not utilizing Chris Johnson in Tennessee for the first few weeks.
you don't ignore the best player on your team and scheme against what they're best at.

This pretty much exonerates Fox for that final year. The GM wanted Fox out and torpedoed the team. Not saying Fox is Vince Lombardi. But it's clear that working under a crap GM is going to have you really struggling.
