If getting government money is a reason to deny voting, there are going to be a hell of a lot more conservatives disenfranchised than liberals, because the entire south would lose out on their votes.

The funny thing is highly educated are pretty hard liberals, but I was in West Springfield PA, and, well, it supports what I said....

Every time the subject is brought up, it's not done so accurately. It always seems to have some silly political spin. Those opposed to slavery were the ones that only wanted the votes of free people counted. Slave owners wanted to cast votes in the name of their slaves.

Say what u will, I live in Erie, PA and went to west Springfield (PA/OH line) and n_gger is a household word. I was not thrilled, and every single one that dropped that word is voting R.

That depends partly on what field you're in. The soft sciences and humanities have more liberals than mathematics, business, and engineering do.

Is there active ideological culling on campus among professors? Yes, and admittedly so.

Political Diversity in Social and
Personality Psychology

A lack of political diversity in psychology is said to lead to a number of pernicious outcomes, including biased research
and active discrimination against conservatives. The authors of this study surveyed a large number (combined N = 800) of
social and personality psychologists and discovered several interesting facts. First, although only 6% described themselves
as conservative “overall,” there was more diversity of political opinion on economic issues and foreign policy. Second,
respondents significantly underestimated the proportion of conservatives among their colleagues. Third, conservatives fear
negative consequences of revealing their political beliefs to their colleagues. Finally, they are right to do so: In decisions
ranging from paper reviews to hiring, many social and personality psychologists said that they would discriminate against
openly conservative colleagues. The more liberal respondents were, the more they said they would discriminate.

Blown away how the trailer parks are straight R. It's not okay to say I guess, but it's close to 100% race. In real life where u don't have to be PC, it's straight n_gger.

I come from a highly educated family who are mostly R's, i have nothing against every R... I also heard at least a half dozen trash refer to the President as a n_gger, and that's a fact.

Well racism goes both ways. Ignorance knows no limits. Voting for someone because they are black or criticizing someone based on the fact that he is white is also happening. Have you seen the ten reasons why Snoop Dog won't vote for Romney? One reason is "because he a white ****a".
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/mobile...n_1942724.html

But that's ok because it isn't racist if you're black.

I live in the downtown Denver area and hear cracker and similar terms (often in reference to me) reasonably often - by blacks. I've also seen plenty of them refer to Mexicans in very degrading terms. You think these guys vote R?

If I say I'm voting for Romney because that's considered extremely racist, when Jay-Z says he's voting for Obama because he's black, that's considered perfectly fine, what an ignorant society

One fact is undeniable:

If every racist in America stopped voting simultaneously, the GOP would disappear as if it had been sucked into a black hole.

That's what happens when the radical left undermines popular culture and educational standards.

Samuel L. Jackson openly bragged he voted for Obama because he's black. Not a peep.

Interesting considering the DNC openly panders to racial and ethnic voting blocs.

Reagan opened his presidential campaign with a speech on "states rights" in Philadelphia, Mississippi? Why do you think he did that?

Actually the birth rate for Blacks has decreased significantly over the years. Education abotu birt cointrol and it be more easily available has helped. They are still at roughly 15% of the population like they have been for years.

Southern Strategy politics, coded language and Lee Atwater's playbook are still prevalent today.

Fortunately, demographic shifts in the country have assured us that this is probably the last time it will have the possibility of working in a national general election and major party primary. The Republican base is getting increasingly older and as such the typical wedge issue strategies that worked well with them is becoming less and less effective at a national level.

I still find it amusing that your average WASP Southern male has to choose between an ivy-league educated elitist Northerner, Mormon former governor of Massachusetts and an ivy-league educated Northerner African American. Guess ultimately skin color trumps all.
