I think that explains the entire problem KC faces in this scenario. It all boils down to leadership and Romeo doesn't seem to know what that is.

I feel bad for KCs fans. I know most of the ones on message boards are douches but unlike Raider fans, KC's fans ARE die hards. They show up to every game and cheer hard and do their part and their front office has continually screwed them over time and time again.

For their loyalty, they really do deserve better than they have received.

There's a sweepstakes for Geno? He's got potential I guess, but has had some real duds of games and was only able to put up 14 points against Texas Tech.

25 TD's to 0 INT's, 75% completion rate and is really accurate on deep balls. I'd take him.

KFC might actually be good if they didn't trade away all their good players. It is fun watching Jared Allen on the Vikings. Drafting a QB high instead of busts at DT might help them also. Then there is the HC position...maybe after all they would still suck no matter who is on that team!

Technically Quinn beat Tebow, but fan pressure prevented that. Quinn did falter in the preseason finale last year, but through camp and everything else he outplayed Tebow
