Default 2nd and short

I know this is nitpicking, since the Broncos won, and they kept converting, but did the Broncos ever do a passing play with 2nd and 4 or less? Is that on McCoy or is Peyton calling those on the line?

I can't complain too much since McGahee kept converting, but I would have like to have seen them air it out a few times.

I tend to agree. Like the 2nd and 2 when the Broncos had the 28-24 lead with about 4 minutes left... would like to have seen a PA pass downfield to ice the game.

I counted 5 in a row, all with runs. I think they all converted, but 4 of those were 2nd and 1. Take a chance and do the run on third.

On the other hand, if you keep getting 8-9 yards on first, why not just get the easy first and start over.
