John Lynch (another HOFer) never finished with more than 87 tackles in a single season (recorded).

When your FS is leading the team in tackles, you are in some majorly deep sh*t.

It does suck but at this point, we need to win our division and hopefully we can get a 1st round playoff game at home. We will have DJ for the last half of the season basically and having him could play an important role in the 2nd half and playoff run. In the meantime, against good teams, we'll basically have to outscore them, we'll need 30+ points a game.

Incidentally, Mike Adams is also on pace for over 100 tackles (109). That means the DL and LB's are playing like dog****.

I dunno, I think the guy has the perfect name for what he does. In every game, there are multiple chances that he MAY make a tackle or make a play for the defense.

I've gotta think that his backup is the worst MLB ever to sit on a bench or he would've been pulled by now.

If I was the coach I would've sat him down after he nearly took Von's head off.
He's done that multiple times and it needs to stop, he plays way to out of control.

Mays is gone after this year with very little cap hit. Too be fair Mays has improved every year prior to this season. I think the coaching staff was banking way too much on that though.
