Default e-mail from Barack Obama's campaign.

Quote:
this was an e-mail from Barack Obama's campaign. Supposedly, these are not a bunch of amateurs. Yet the subject line was simply: Hey. That's it. Just "Hey." They might have well just said Yo!

Then, we have the e-mail itself. Here is the entire message:

Quote:
Friend --

I hope I made you proud out there explaining the vision we share for this country.

Now we need to go win this election -- the most important thing that will happen tonight is what you do (or don't do) to help in the little time we have left:

https://donate.barackobama.com/Tonight

Thank you,

Barack
His whole debate review is one sentence? I guess the brevity speaks louder than words. If anyone was proud of that performance, I guess they WOULD be likely candidates to still give him money.

Then, Obama talks about "the most important thing," which is not the debate, but giving Obama money. That's the most important thing about last night? Maybe in Barack Obama's eyes.
maybe he needs it to retire..

Donate more money to Obama so his policies take even more from you. Only his foolish supporters think only the rich will pay more. We all will end up on food stamps if Obama gets his way.

What's sad is that there are people out there who will get this email and will get all energized, thinking Obama actually emailed them personally.

Haha, this group who always talks about a Liberl circle jerk, getting off on a Campaign email asking for donations.

Can you not see that he is saying the most important thing YOU can do is help this campaign win? You can't debate Romney yourself.

Ummmmm, CRAZY, I wonder if the Koch brothers think the debate or giving money is more important?

haha you morons, Obama sends 2-3 emails a day asking for money to TONS of people and his twitter followers.

I have maybe 50 emails like this in my inbox, let me post some more for you to get your jollies.

Look Barack emailed me!

Quote:
In just a little while, I'll go on stage to meet Mitt Romney in the first presidential debate here in Denver.

I couldn't be prouder to represent you out there.

Seth, it's because of you that affordable health care is within reach for millions more Americans. It's because of you that we've seen 30 straight months of job growth and middle-class families have seen their taxes cut.

Together, we've done a lot -- but there is so much more to do to keep this country moving forward. That only happens if we win this election.

Before tonight's debate, will you chip in $3 to help finish this campaign strong?
Ooooo, David Axelrod also emailed me asking for money, we are on a personal level

Quote:
My friends Barack and Michelle Obama will have been married 20 years exactly tomorrow.

That's also the day that Barack will face off with Mitt Romney for the very first presidential debate of this election.

I suppose you can't plan everything -- even when you're president of the United States.

But there's something we can all do to help send them off into the last month of this election feeling good:

Add your name and well-wishes to a 20th anniversary card for Barack and Michelle.

This race will be close until the very end, and tomorrow will be an important day for the campaign.

But let's take a moment to show Barack and Michelle that we wish them well in life, not just in politics.

Add your name to the card today:

http://my.barackobama.com/Anniversary-Card

Then, let's dig in and get ready for the next 35 days.

David

Oh god a personal message from the first lady herself

Barack and I are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary today -- and we'll be spending it in a way I never could have imagined when we first got married.

That's because tonight, I get to watch my husband on stage, on national television, standing up for everything we believe in.

Barack's in the fight of his life right now, and he needs to know that we have his back.

Will you chip in $3 to help build this campaign for the final stretch?

I think you are all just jealous of this campaigns ability to use current technologies and connect with the people who will vote.

I get emails from everybody (I'm registered as an independent). I get just as many asking for money from Republicans as I do from Dems. I signed up on some Republican sites and now I get their emails too. You should see the ones desperately crying for help for Allen West. They say that evil Democratic overlords from outside of Florida are trying to destroy their hero, West. They say if he falls, it's the end of Western Civilization.

Somehow to these loons, that would't even bother them, it's only if Barack Obama refers to donor campaign funds as the most important thing you can do to help.

The ones I get from Republicans almost always employ the fear factor: Some bad **** is going to happen if you don't help out.

I suppose you think everyone in america is crazy except you, looks like A LOT more people are proud to support Obama than Romney

Quote:
The president and his party had received donations from close to four million people since Mr. Obama announced his re-election bid last year, the campaign said. September’s totals included contributions from 1,825,813 people, 567,000 of them new donors, the campaign said.

The September totals mark a second strong fund-raising month in a row for Mr. Obama, at a time when his campaign is bracing for an onslaught of late advertising from Republican-aligned “super PAC’s” and other outside groups. In August, Mr. Obama and the Democratic committee raised $114 million, more than the $111.6 million raised by Mr. Romney and the Republicans.

While Mr. Obama has raised more than half of his total cash on donations of under $200, Mr. Romney has relied far more on large donors giving the maximum check to the candidate and his party. Without a large stream of grass-roots money, Mr. Romney has had to spend more time fund-raising in recent months than his campaign would like, leaving less time to meet voters in swing states.
Oh whatever, it's a fact so it has no weight in your mind vs a random thought... go on circle jerking to the crazy idea that Obama asks his supporters for donations! ACK! Run for zee hills!

Default Obama close to raising $1 billion after near-record September tally

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politi...y.html?hpid=z1
Quote:
The Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee raised $181 million last month, easily eclipsing the $114 million that they had raised together in August. The number falls just shy of the all-time monthly record of $193 million, however, which was set by Obama in September 2008.

Campaign manager Jim Messina wrote in an e-mail to supporters that Obama’s fundraising efforts in 2012 mark “a historic record for grass-roots politics.” The campaign says it has collected more than 10 million individual donations so far this year.

The September haul caps a turnaround in Obama’s financial status since May. He fell behind his Republican opponent in monthly fundraising through July, but he edged out Romney in August, $114 million to $112 million.

Obama has raised nearly half his money through small donations with aggressive solicitation programs targeting e-mail, social media and cellphone texting services. Last month’s fundraising also included the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C., and a notable bump in the polls for the president in subsequent weeks.

Default Obama Campaign Raises $181 Million in September, Setting a New Record for 2012

http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slate...his_cycle.html

Quote:
President Obama and Democrats reportedly raised a whopping $181 million in September, setting a new record for this campaign cycle. The total of the money raised by the campaign and the Democratic National Committee shatters the already optimistic predictions that said Obama’s haul was expected to be around $150 million, and marks a significant improvement from the $114 million raised in August. Although the amount still fell short of the approximately $191 million Obama and the Democrats raised in the same month of 2008, it still provided some much-needed good news to the president’s supporters following what was largely seen as a disappointing debate performance, points out the New York Times.

The total pushes the amount raised for the president’s campaign this cycle to $947 million, making it virtually certain it will surpass the $1 billion mark, notes the Los Angeles Times. Mitt Romney hasn’t released September totals yet but his campaign says his strong debate performance Wednesday led to around $12 million in online donations, as well as a boost in volunteers and crowds, reports the Wall Street Journal

Like Romney and Ryan, socially and morally retarded monkeys like lonestar, EpicNyuk, and barryr understand they're living in a mass media age where the truth no longer matters.

As long as you can get enough people to agree with a lie and repeat it often enough, then this new consensus can replace truth.

Can't see cartoons from the moron as I have them on iggy. Do not want to waste band with on him.

If I wanted to read moronic posts and articles that are vicious and slanted I'd go directly to the source y'all get them from. Not a football forum. Especially one with a lot of football morons on it.

About the only time I spend here is when I'm taking a dump. At least in this area of the forum.

Nothing in graphs or cartoons from the far left will change my mind, that your a bunch of loons, nor does taking shots at me by dream or the other morons hurt my feelings.

Obama should talk about how he is going to defend middle class America but at the same time take money from the suburbs and give it to the black neighborhoods. Now that is one hell of a balancing act.
