Default Chris Harris is a big part of our D

We needed him bad tonight in Atlanta. You need 3 solid corners in this league and it showed. Here's wishing for his quick return.

Yes he is but I think Tony Carter played well and moving Porter to nickel helped... outside of that goaline passing TD where there was obvious miscommunication.

Carter actually did a fairly good job....when he wasn't getting raped by the officials. But yeah, Harris would have been even stronger.

It is just amazing that the other team can lose thier best cb and have others dinged up, but don't seem to miss a beat. We lose our 3rd best cb, and all hell breaks loose.

Matt Ryan threw for 219 yards on 24/36 averaging 6.1 yards a throw.. and being held to 5-13 on 3rd down.

I understand, but didn't it appear that the falcons had no problems at all covering up the fact that they are missing thier best cb, Nolan made adjustments on his Dline that took us a 2 1/2 quarters to figure out.

My point is that it just seemed to me that we looked confused out there at times, and all we were really missing is our relatively obscure nickle-back.

Don't forget the 4 first downs by penalty they got....without those at least two of their drives would have stalled or been stopped and 10 points (minimum) never been scored.

The defense played pretty well, but Dirty birds were playing with at least 12 and sometimes 13 guys on their side the whole game, although 1 or two were wearing zebra stripes. In particular the back judge appeared biased or to favor
Atlanta.
