Making a ton of from-scratch green chili for the opener tonight, complete with Colorado Kolsch and Happy Camper IPA (from Santa Fe Brewing Co.)
Saturday for the Montana @ App State clash, gonna do steak fajitas on the grill with fresh veggies and homemade salsa and guac. Sunday for the pounding we'll deliver to Pittsburgh, creamed chicken enchiladas, New Mexico Red Chile sauce, and most likely a couple growlers of beer from various local establishments. Yes, I will be full, and I will be drunk.

I will be grilling something, just don't know what yet, I'll have to check with the little lady to see what she has planned. I always drink a Colorado beer during Bronco games probably start off with some Blue Moon for this week. It's gonna be fun!

The 9th is the day before my birthday so my fiance' is cooking me some chicken and waffles for dinner.
My afternoon game snacks are Mozza Sticks, Doritos (I love Doritos) and bacon wrapped steak skewers. |

Ribs that are marinated in my IPA.
I'll be bringing home growlers of my Belgian Rye IPA, Berliner Weisse, and Tripel that I just released. |

I'm thinking about Tuna and NoODles tonight. I like to crush potato chips (they have to be Wavy Lays) in them and put in sriachi sauce. Might think about eggrolls and fortnue cookies for apetizers.
