Default With the new information regarding concussions, which retired Bronco do you worry about the most?

I was flipping through YouTube the other day looking up some Broncos highlights from years past. I came upon an Ed McAffrey tribute and was enjoying it greatly until I suddenly though, wow, he's taking a lot of hits to the head. That would have been flagged like crazy in today's NFL. Then, suddenly I started thinking of concussion symptoms and I just hope that Easy Ed gets the best medical attention that money can buy these days.

Elway. He was hit the most by any QB in history. Just think if he was slower! Glad he is a ok now but I can see him having dementia or Alzheimers in his late 60s.

Honestly, there isn't a day that goes by that I worry about any ex, or current NFL player and concussions.

i can't recall too many Broncos receiving a lot of concussions. Eddie took some monster hits that may make moving around later in life difficult, but i don't remember head injuries with him. the only head injury for Atwater i remember, was that massive hit he dropped in Super Bowl 32 late in the 4th quarter. the most memorable head injury of a Bronco for me, was Rod Smith in a pro bowl.

I can't think of any Bronco players that had pronounced concussion issues.

That's because you became a Broncos fan in April 2010.

Dennis Smith and Atwater delivered so many big hits, but took many hits in the head I'm sure playing the way they did.

He wasn't around long, but I'd go with Chris Miller.

Easy: Bill Romanowski

His style of play caused him to have a number of concussions. He described feeling the effects of a deteriorating mind (from the concussions) while still playing. Just listening to him talk nowadays makes you think he's slowly losing cognitive abilities.

This x 1000. Why the F would I care? I care about more important things like if I can put off getting gas for another day without getting stranded, if I can skip showering without smelling, or if there's enough raisin bran left to even bother.getting a bowl. The future of millionaires who willfully hurt each other for my money? The trainwreck they all become is half the value at this point.

I've heard stories about Dennis Smith coming back to the huddle after a big hit and not knowing where he was.
