George Foster - T - Colts Colts signed OT George Foster and waived waived FB Ryan Mahaffey.
A first-round pick of the Broncos in 2003, Foster hasn't appeared in a game since 2008, though he did spend last preseason with the Saints. A certified bust, Foster is unlikely to go from camp body to roster surprise for Indy.
