Report: Nick Fairley arrested again

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley was arrested for the second time this offseason early Sunday morning and charged with driving under the influence and attempting to elude police, Fox10TV.com reported.

The Alabama State Troopers told Fox10TV.com that Fairley was arrested shortly after 1 a.m. in Mobile, Ala.

Weren't we trying to trade up for Fairley at one point? As I recall he never started and notched one sack last year. Glad we didn't.

Thank God we dodged a bullet there. There was that article that mentioned how much the FO weighted giving up a ton of picks to move up the get him when he started to slide out of the top 10.

But I would still take Fairley over Marcel Dareus though.

don't think Fairley was ever a legit option at #2. i know we thought about trading back into the first for him last year though.

glad we dodged that bullet though. he can be a dominant beast but man what a headcase.
