I'm not a criminal investigator, but I'm pretty sure they usually don't do a complete search and seizure for a she was 17, but said she was 19 type case. Ask Mark Sanchez. This sounds to me like the police think there is a couple of gigs of kiddy no no or a bunch of illicit pictures in the house.

It would need to be something that was indelible. The last thing you want is something that someone could go home and scrub off.

The absolute best-case scenario would be something that they would get voluntarily, so you wouldn't be infringing on their rights by making them get it.

We can only dream about such things, of course.
