@pfspot: ESPN's Adam Teicher doesn't expect the #Chiefs to offer Alex Smith more than $15 million annually. #NFL

Could you imagine what STD would say if Elway traded two 2nd round picks for a player that won't be around more then two seasons?

Do you have any examples of this?

And says the guy on another teams message board

Post one example of this? KC isn't even Denver's biggest rival.

The chiefs are a joke dude. We don't care about your stupid team. We have real competition to worry about. ie: 49ers, seahawks, patriots....

I'm hoping the queefs release Flowers, extend Alice with a top tier qb contract, and Houston has an epic holdout.. anytime I want a good laugh I just search the latest drivel coming out of KC chiefs land

More unintentional comedy gold out of KC, this time about Andy's relationship with cheeseburgers. Here's the money quote: "You wear them [his Tommy Bahama shirts] and you can hide cheeseburgers underneath and no one will ever know."

http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2014/6...-cheeseburgers

The Chefs draft is starting to make a lot more sense now. Andy was probably on a cheeseburger run.

NFLN: Give me an Andy Reid saying. I know you got 'em.

Smith: He's a big cheeseburger guy. So he's always treating us to cheeseburgers. That's the one thing that's always coming out.

NFLN: What do you have to do to get a cheeseburger?

Smith: Just be on the team. You just have to be on the team and he's going to treat you to a cheeseburger.
That's some of the best stuff I've read all offseason.

I've never been to a chiefs board, but are there Broncos fans who hang around them, crying?

Chiefs only want to give Alex Smith $15M per year, but he thinks he's worth $18M per year. Brady makes $14M.

Sounds about right.

I still laugh at drafting Eric Fisher out of Central Michigan #1 overall. This guy was 3rd-team MAC as a Junior, and parlayed that into the #1 overall pick a year later.

Who's gonna block Demarcus Ware and Von Miller?

They are hilarious, they could care less who wins in the broncos vs chiefs games, all they root for is for Denver to not win a superbowl.

That is overpaying him. He is not worth $9 mill a year, maybe $8mill because he can hand off to Charles without ****ing it up like Cassell did.

$15 million a year isn't even top 10 so that's fair.

Glue sniffers like brokebacksteven crack me up.

So Smith is a top 10 QB? Cause Brady is at 14. Smith is sitting at 15. I can name at least 15 QBs IMO are better.

Brady doesn't care about money. Why should he? His wife makes far more than he ever will. He's set.

That drop in pay was supposed to be for welker.

Smith should be in the 9-11 range.

I would say a contract slightly above Sam Bradford's $78 million is fair since Bradford hasn't done jack **** and Alex deserves more based on recent history.

5 year $80 million total value would be good. Still not top 10 and guys like Russell Wilson, RG3 and Andrew Luck will soon be ahead of him with their new deals.

What they are saying is right though. There basically is no middle of the road contract for QB's. Sam Bradford's contract is closest to it and that's his rookie contract.
