Tebow is a QB that this regime did not draft. He does not fit their profile. No other team in the NFL wants him, and he has not improved an iota since he came into the league. Oh I do believe fox has his fingerprints over this team. But I can't see Xander's. He's always been a capologist. Numbers guy. And now he's lost that job to arguably one of the best cap gurus around. I really dont know what Xander's does. I wanted de costa.
