Default Eddie Royal will soon be getting screamed at by Phillis Rivers

Eddie Royal a Charger per adam schefter. Wish he would have gone to Redskins instead.

Wow. My buddy paid me 20 bucks for him signing with the skins.

Wonder how long I can hold on this... maybe when he asks... I'll just give him his 20 bucks back.

Ugg...have a bad feeling about this. I'd have told his agent to wait on our Manning thing and been ready to match.

He will easily make up for Vincent Jackson's production while on suspension last year.

Losing Eddie Royal will be a big mistake, Broncos will regret it. Its going to be like when Welker left MIA for NE. Watch. Lost Talent.

Im not sure how good he will be, but I always thought he played below his potential.. I'm really not looking forward to playing him twice a year... God I hate San Diego.

No actually he didn't 2 mediocre bottom level QBs (and thats being nice) in his whole career outside of 1 year.

Watch what he does with a top 10 QB.

Other receivers have done much better with the QBs we've had.

Eh, would have preferred the Skins so I could root for him a little, but at least now he'll be dropping balls for a division rival.

Its all about opportunities

all Orton did was lock onto the #1 WR.

and Tebow can't get past his first read.

To be fair when B Marsh was here Orton threw him the ball EVERY play, and when he left Orton threw the ball to Lloyd EVERY play, and Tebow... Well he threw the ball at the hash mark most of the time.

This signing makes sense for the Chargers and for Eddie. The Chargers employ a lot of seven-step drops and longer routes--somethig Royal excelled at in his rookie season using double moves. Although Eddie played nice and said the right things last year, we knew he wasn't going to stick around for Tebowmania, Chapter 2.

I liked Eddie. He made some great plays for the Broncos. Wish he would have gone to a different conference.
