thats kinda my view on it....he went through the process, was let off the hook, so why shouldn't he be able to land a job??

I agree, but most people on this forum will murder us for thinking this. He was probably guilty, but technically isn't guilty. Meh.

I try not to get into these kinds of discussions on this board, but if you read through the police report, there is plenty of doubt to go around as to what really happened

this thing could have been a LOT worse if D. Thomas and C. Vaughn didn't have the common sense to get out of there...then you are looking at a gang rape type of accuasation (see: Azir Hakim)

i honestly don't know all the facts. all i know is that they couldn't find him legally guilty despite some pretty "loud evidence." enough for me. wish we still had him.

You can look to Ed Donatell as the reason for this signing. Hes done a great job in SF after being abused here by McDamit.
