Our OL is better than Denver's. We were ranked in the top 6 in pass blocking efficiency. We need a new RT but the rest of the line is solid.

Denver was ranked 31st in pass blocking efficiency so I can see why you think Denver has a better OL for Manning.

As an assistant.....Hilari ous!

Our VP...the MAN running the show is a HoF QB with multiple SB. Something KC mullet heads can dream of while in a BBQ food coma. Guess that's why there is all that food flying around before your games.

Which means jack ****. Seriously.

What Elway did as a player in this league is irrelevant when judging his abilities as a front office guy.

It's more relevant than that suck fest that Crennel putted on display in CLE. Keep dreaming Bobo. It's between DEN, ARI, and MIA.

Crennel's history as a DC in this league is nearly flawless. He and Manning are a perfect combo. He's basically a fat Tony Dungy with a lot more bling.

let's see, won the Arena bowl as owner and exec of the Colorado Crush, had a very nice draft after coming in and overhauling the scouting system, hired a very good coaching staff one of which is now a HC for the Raiders, helped turn a downtrodden franchise into a division winner while penny pinching and having a ton of holes in the roster.

yeah, he's doing a piss poor job as a FO guy.

Seriously, Denver, Miami, Arizona, whatever.

Kansas City has more talent than all of those teams, and more cash to blow.

The Chiefs are a QB away from being an elite team. Manning isn't dumb. He sees this.

He also sees your GM is an egotistical dick who puts candy wrappers in envelopes

So all options have to be weighed

Thats BS when it comes to identifying with a HOF QB. Elway has been in Peyton's shoes. You can't dismiss that fact. All the Elway haters even the so called Broncos fans longing for Shanny to come back and give up 3 1st for a QB will crawl back under their rocks when Elway comes out of this as the Executive of the Year

I have mixed feelings about this Manning thing, but in any event, I thought it would be fitting to mention "the deal is done" right about now.

I don't even think Manning is going to KC.

But there's no way he looks at the Donks and decides to go there over Miami or Arizona.

2:57 p.m. (MT): This is merely speculation, but with Manning still in Denver, the Broncos’ odds of landing him seem to be high.

2:53 p.m. (MT): If the Arizona Cardinals are planning on “chasing ex-Colt star Peyton Manning,” receiver Larry Fitzgerald knows nothing about it, writes Marc Sessler.

It needs to happen now or the Broncos will be faced to make a panic move, which usually means a dumb one.

The longer the talking the better. If we're still meeting tomorrow it means we're getting into ridiculously fine details. Hell, I'll say if he's still here tomorrow and he's back at DV that it's a done deal.
