**** this crap. Let me know when the dude makes up his mind.
Broncos are getting played here just to raise Manning's price tag. |

Heyneck looks like there's legs to your niner nightmare. Gary and Krueger would be all over this right now. They are talking about zito.

The 49ers are 18/1 on betfair, those are huge odds.

It made too much sense. But I am with you on this one... I don't get how they managed to keep this on the low for 3 days. It's the Asomugah scenario all over again. The Eagles come in and snatched the CB while the Jets and Cowboys battled it out.

If he doesn't go to the 49ers it is all about the money. 49ers are in a different league both literally and figuratively.

Manning would be smarter to go to San Fran I guess. Better defense, good running game, good offensive line. Whatever I just want this to end.

Quoted by who? Who cares what someone spitballed earlier this week? These are real numbers now that it's reported BOTH teams are working from.
Quote:
$60 million minus a $30 million signing bonus is $30 million. Divide that by 5 and you get $6 million. Peyton only figures to play for 3 of those years. Year 1: $36 million ($30 million plus $6 million) Year 2: $42 million Year 3: $48 million $48 million divided by 3 is $16 million. This is a great starting negotiation point if you're trying to keep the number below $20 million a year. I expect it will finish more in this territory: $70 million with a $30 million signing bonus Year 1: $38 million Year 2: $46 million Year 3: $54 million That would amount to $18 million a year. NOBODY is looking at year 4 & 5 in this deal. |

Klis on 102.3 just now says he thinks Manning is not using the Broncos as leverage. His guess is that the Titans offer is higher, and the workout today is for Peyton to convince the Broncos Peyton is worth the extra $$.

I can't handle this **** anymore. Every time I think it's getting ready to happen, something else pops up and screws everything up again. The 9ers? Where the hell did they come from? ****!!!!!!
