Jim Irsay has allowed all of you to know, by Twitter, that Andrew Luck has just signed his deal to become Peyton Manning's backup.

Therefore, with the first selection of the 2012 NFL Draft the Indianapolis Colts select:

Andrew Luck

Some of you may have heard of him

*Trade* Washington Redskins #3 Pick in the Draft In a Trade with the Vikings.

This may seem Counter Intuitive with the Needs this team has at both QB and at WR. However as the new GM of the Washington Redskins I Harken Back to a time gone by when the Hogs ruled the NFL. This time has come back. Kalil will Bookend this team for the next 10 years and allow us to develop an offensive consistency we have lacked in the past.

Besides We have a deal with Vincent Jackson.

With the 4th pick the St. Louis Rams select:

Morris "Mo" Claiborne, CB, 5’11”, 188, LSU

Claiborne's breakout season in 2010 opposite first-round pick Patrick Peterson was no fluke. He proved in '11 his elite coverage skills might have inflated Peterson's value, not vice versa. While Claiborne came to Baton Rouge as a receiver, he's leaving as a lockdown cornerback worthy of a top-10 pick. There is no finesse in his game and his physical tools -- height, long arms, natural flexibility and lateral movement -- plus bump-and-run experience will expedite his ascension to Pro Bowl-level starter as his body matures. (CBS)

Pick made at 7:00 AM MST. TBay on the clock.

The Jags would like to instead, with seventh overall pick, to select Notre Dame Wide Receiver Michael Floyd. After posting better speed than expected, and adressing an enormous need at WR, and after getting burned by wasting first round picks on failed DE's, and after seeing some red flags in Quinton Couples we don't like, at least not at number seven, we feel Michael Floyd is the best player available at a position of need.

Who's Coming to Miami? The Dolphins select MI6

Melvin Ingram aka MI6 !

Quote:
Ive been working with Von Miller actually in California, Ingram said of the Denver Broncos linebacker. We just try to compete against each other every day. Obviously, hes the Defensive Rookie of the Year. So I just try to pattern myself after him because I feel like hes had a lot of success in the NFL.

The two pass rushers share the same agent, and Ingram thinks hes benefited from his time around Miller.

Miami will implement both 3-4 and 4-3 sets and will need players with a lot of versatility. Melvin Ingram fits that mold. The choice here is between a franchise tackle in Reily Reiff or the best defensive player in the draft. Talent over need has to be chosen here in order to get a dominant football player.

The pick of Dre' Kirkpatrick was an easy one for the Vikings front office. After giving up 28.1 points a game in the 2011 season.... that was ranked 31 out of 32 teams in the NFL. Heading into the 2012 season with 35 year old Antoine Winfield and an acquitted Chris Cook as their starting cornerbacks, Picking up a top CB early was a no brainer.

With the defensive end duo of Jaren Allen and Brian Robison combining for 30 sacks in 2011, it was time to go early with the best available remaining CB after picking up a couple of extra picks trading down. Dre' will become and instant starter for this troubled defense.

At 6-3 and 190lbs, he has the size and range to lock up with the opponents #1 WR.

With the 14th pick of the 2012 NFL Draft the Dallas Cowboys select OG David DeCastro.

Awesome pass and run blocker, one of if not the best all around OL in this draft will be a cog in the interior of the Dallas line for years to come.

Pick made at 11:40 pm, MTN time. Philadelphia (JEBURES) is now on the clock

With the 21st pick, the Bengals are proud to select Cordy Glenn, OL -- Georgia. The Bengals go to the Bulldogs well again to get another OL prospect, but this one is much better than Bolling. Cincy had one of the worst interiors in the NFL last year, Glenn will change that.

Coples and Glenn. You guys just got punked.

The Packers have traded up with the Rams to select Devon Still with the 22nd pick of the 2012 Orange Mane Mock Draft.

Entering the NFL, Still has an excellent combination of power, speed and athleticism. He beats offensive linemen with strength as well as quickness. Still has the versatility to play the three technique or nose tackle in a 4-3 defense. He also could be a 3-4 defensive end.

The Packers hope Still can replace some of the power they lost when Cullen Jenkins went to the Eagles in FA. They need someone to help push the QB out of the pocket into the waiting arms of Clay Matthews.
