Always liked Keith as a player in Denver.

Yeah, different guys. The Bronco's Keith Burns is still an assistant ST coach for us.

Keith Burns was (and now it is apparent still is) a coach for Denver last season.

Even if it were true, losing an assistant special teams coach is not that big of a deal.

HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME!

I actually thought the same thing until I read a report that he had been coaching for 28 years....

It wasn't so much (not)losing the assistant coach for me..It was (not) losing a Bronco I always liked, as a player & coach to the raiders.

I didn't like losing him when he went to Chicago/Tampa when he was playing, but atleast it wasn't the raiders.

Used to love the way Keith would get the crowd riled up before kickoffs back in the day.

True, and best for Burns to stay with the Broncos in this case since anyone going to the Raiders should not expect a long tenure considering their revolving door.

I loved the way he pumped up the crowd as well.. wasn't Burns playing with his hand wrapped because of a injury one year ? Wasn't it him that played with a wrap that looked like a Turkey leg. Pretty funny seeing him waving that huge wrap on kickoffs.
