Just eat fiber and potassium and cut out a lot of red meat and processed foods.

That'l be $500 for anyone that read the above sentence.

Visalus has been around for a while. It's direct marketing for those that don't know. My ex wife was and is very active in it and I know she was pulling in 5 figure checks monthly at one point

Years ago, their main product was a "Vi-Pak"...Multi vit's & supplements that were supposed to work wonders. Then they came out with a weight loss cookie & some energy drink powder.

Around the time P90X blew up...Visalus started BBV. It's a weight loss/meal replacement/overall health program designed around a 90 day cycle.

From what I've seen, people have lost massive weight on it, but that's possible to do by yourself over 90 days.

Make no mistake, as with any direct marketing business, they are more interested in people selling people than people selling product.

I've seen first hand that people can make good money with it but you have to be super committed. My ex, likes to call herself a "play at home mom" because Visalus is her sole income but the reality is she works more hours, nights, weekends & out of town than any 8-5er I know.

get started on serious drug and booze addictions. then, live life in the fast lane.

it works for Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. that, and weekly injections of formaldehyde.

no pills or supplements is going to replace good old fashion elbow grease , if you dont want to do the gym thing , start out with moving your furniture around , try a couple of push ups ...walk up and down a few flights of stairs , pull out your fridge and clean up behind it 3-5 times a week ......

Actually I workout everyday almost and am a health freak. It gives you all the nutrients you need to have and also help you be more lean. So it's for everyone not just people that don't workout.

So does, you know, food. If not, you're doing it wrong.

I get my body from the daycare diet. I take my kids to day care, get sick every two weeks, poop my guts out, and then cycle off for two weeks while my immunity builds back up enough to repeat the process.
