Hope it's a disaster. Allen seemed like a nice guy and all but **** the Raiders. Should have started somewhere else over a division rival.

I dunno guys... at first I was pissed but the more I read about this guy he is a Guru... He as all coaches will only be as good as the people he surrounds himself with...

Raiders need discipline... Champ and Miller loved the guy

I was pretty impressed with the overall D of the Broncs this year...

The Broncos still finished closer to the bottom of the NFL in defense and still did not force many turnovers and were picked apart against the better offense in the NFL. Allen goes from a secondary coach to a DC on units never ranked highly and that makes him head coach material? Whatever.

John Harbaugh was a special teams coach as well. Never even was a coodinator. His brother Jim first job in the NFL is as a head coach. I think the coordinator gig is overrated in terms of predicting success as a HC. Fact is most HCs only last about 3 years

Not saying Allen doesent deserve some credit but the D played alot different when Miller and Doom were healthy ,And Our defense spent alot of time on the field cause of our long string of 3 and outs , But when we came up against high powered offenses , Our Defense got exposed ........
