Default I got it: fire no one!

Dennis Allen? Turned a hole filled defense into something special for the most part. Keep up the good work.

Mike McCoy? Let Tebow pull the trigger and keep developing this 24 YEAR OLD.

John Fox? The guy is a friggin' genius, compare how I feel about the Broncos this time right now to this time last year--GENIUS!

John Elway? Never can do wrong in my eyes.

DJ Williams? Proved again he is a solid part of this defense.

Tim Tebow? Looks like a young QB worth developing.

The list could go on and on, but this team was not exposed last night. I think the 8 and 8 season showed we have A LOT of holes. We need a good young running back, a tight end (who knows maybe Julius will still develop), maybe another receiver, maybe another o-line, definitely someone nasty in the MLB role, safety, CB, and probably a DT.

So keep up the good work front office. With huge holes in our team you gave us only our second play off win since the super bowl days. Keep filling those holes and making a complete team. I am super excited for the off season. I love how these guys won't overspend in free agency. Build through the draft, some free agenting and trading and GO!

Yeah, anyone who thinks firing Fox, Allen or McCoy is a good idea basically doesn't know anything about football.

I agree. Great year, and a good first look from Fox and Allen at our defense and what they can do to improve it. The whole team played over their heads since week 5 (sorry Orton, but you were a bit of a "show up and get my paycheck" kind of player-the team buys into Tebow because he is ALL in), and there were some great finds in FA and the draft.

And.......ORANGE jerseys next year! What could be better?

John Fox took a 1-15 team, turned it to 7-9 the next year.... and a Super Bowl after that. I believe in Fox.

The Job John Fox did this year was downright astounding. I'd give him coach of the year if Harbaugh didn't have an even better year in SanFran.

fox didnt turn **** around. we'd still be 1-15 if it wasnt for tebow. our season would have been MUCH better had these idiots up there (fox, elway, mccoy) started tebow over orton when the season started. but hey orton gives us the best chance to win

The Broncos need to have a dramaless offseason for once. The last five years have probably taken twenty years off of our lives. Keep the coaches the same, roll with Teebs for a year, and for once, keep our talent. Big thing for us is talent across the board. Will Bowlen open his wallet to get some good young players, or will we be left to FA retreads and draft crapshoots?

See..Houston..They are allowing Yates to pass the ball..In our case, we just run, run and ask Tebow to throw the ball on 3rd and long situations.

I like some of the players. Mays needs a bus ticket out of here, we're thin on defense but if we continue to build on it we're gonna be in good shape.

I think we need .
1. A real QB coach that can develope talent.
2. Offensive coordinator is on a real short rope. I don't think McCoy is very good. If he's retained we need an offensive assistant to help him make in-game adustments. If he isn't retained I wouldn't mind.

Most of all we need a lot of upgraded talent on the Defense and another WR RB, OT

I am real torn on Mc Coy. I too become frustrated by the overly conservative play calls; on the other hand, he had very little to work with this year with all the young players, not to mention changing the offense on the fly.

Therefore, I would like Elway to hire an offensive consultant that evaluates the entire offense that includes players and scheme. Obviously, his biggest task will be to determine whether Tebow can lead a conventional offense to a championship.

I think he can, but what do I know? I am just a dumb fan.

I just don't see McCoy being let go. If Fox had a problem with his play calling, you would think he would have told him so a long time ago. I don't think McCoy did anything that wasn't approved by Fox. I am hoping with a regular training camp and more weapons on offense, the offense won't be so conservative and predictable. If it is again, then all coaches may be looking for a new job in 2013.

Actually, you bring up a good and under-mentioned point: and that is that Tebow is real close to both McCoy & Gase. After the wins, they are usually the first ones that Tebow seeks to give a hug to. Something to think about.

Yes it would be nice to hang onto the coaches for a change, the Broncos need some consistency for a change.

You know, I think some stability would be a good thing. As long as we get some talent I'm willing to give the coaches 2-3 more years to get us back to an 11-12 win team.

Pretty much +1 this.

I think they should go balls out on resources to help Tebow. He is the single biggest investment they are making right now, so give it all the attention it deserves.

I was frustrated with McCoy and the repetitive playcalling, but he now has an entire offseason to work on the playbook, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. If we see the same things in preseason 7 months from now, we're screwed.

I think part of the problem with the playcalling was the dedication to running the ball. Fox when he was hired said that was one of his goals was improving the running game and defense. And for the most part he did.
