It just makes people that don't like Tebow look more foolish than they already do. Tebow is a great man.

And to think there are people out there who literally HATE this guy. HATE him.

There is such a thing as good and evil. Right and wrong. People who HATE Tim Tebow.... I won't call them evil. I know too many of them.

But deep down inside they're in utter rebellion against that which, at their core, they know to be good.

How can you not like this guy? What better face of the franchise can you ask for?

I mean, as a football player off the field stuff doesn't matter if you don't win, but he DOES win.

We are very fortunate to have Tim Tebow as our starting QB.

Missionaries are the best people on the planet.

I'm glad that America is getting to see one up close.

Athletes shouldn't be role models because they're athletes. But every so often the two qualities collide.

If Tim Tebow ever leaves the Broncos to play for another team.....he might be the only athlete that I'll ever openly continue to cheer for who's NOT wearing the orange and blue.

Man, I am not afraid to say that I teared up a bit reading that article. Who could hate someone like that? I think that the hate for him from some people is really self-loathing that is projected onto him.

I think that he makes some people feel insecure. Some people he motivates to do better.

I call him the "national childrens minister".

By the way...if you want to know someone like Tim Tebow, go down to your local inner city outreach and get to know the volunteers there.

Remember last week, when the world was pulling its hair out in the hour after Tebow had stunned the Pittsburgh Steelers with an 80-yard OT touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas in the playoffs? And Twitter was exploding with 9,420 tweets about Tebow per second? When an ESPN poll was naming him the most popular athlete in America?

Tebow was spending that hour talking to 16-year-old Bailey Knaub about her 73 surgeries so far and what TV shows she likes.

For Tim Tebow's take on being named America's most popular athlete, click here.

"Here he'd just played the game of his life," recalls Bailey's mother, Kathy, of Loveland, Colo., "and the first thing he does after his press conference is come find Bailey and ask, 'Did you get anything to eat?' He acted like what he'd just done wasn't anything, like it was all about Bailey."

More than that, Tebow kept corralling people into the room for Bailey to meet. Hey, Demaryius, come in here a minute. Hey, Mr. Elway. Hey, Coach Fox.

Even though sometimes-fatal Wegener's granulomatosis has left Bailey with only one lung, the attention took her breath away.

"It was the best day of my life," she emailed. "It was a bright star among very gloomy and difficult days. Tim Tebow gave me the greatest gift I could ever imagine. He gave me the strength for the future. I know now that I can face any obstacle placed in front of me. Tim taught me to never give up because at the end of the day, today might seem bleak but it can't rain forever and tomorrow is a new day, with new promises."

I read that email to Tebow and he was honestly floored.

"Why me? Why should I inspire her?" he said. "I just don't feel, I don't know, adequate. Really, hearing her story inspires me."
Not gonna lie, that section had me near tears.

Yeah, I always give crap to people I know who claim to have '2 favorite teams' or other such BS.

If God forbid, Teebs doesn't make it as a Bronco, I'd have to pull for him wherever he went. No way around it.

I think that Broncos fans are finally finding out why UF fans wanted to join ranks.

Tebow is not unique.

There are people like him all over this country. You just don't see them on TV.

I don't know if it's insecure so much as convicted. I feel convicted just reading stuff like that. I think maybe some of the people who have a hard time with Tebow (on a personal level) are the people who don't like to believe in things like feeling convicted. Since they're human, they feel it, whether they believe in it or not.

So some of them lash out. Blaming the person who makes them feel that way, when in reality it's their own guilt eating them.
