I don't understand why people are so impressed by this Klosterman article.. a bunch of horse**** if you ask me.

People buy into his nonsense for the same reason they bought into the Tebow anti-hype coming into the nfl... because the "smart people" were saying it...

Maybe because he's the only guy who has tried to peel back the layers of why this is really happening? He's a sociologist in many ways and always tries to understand reasoning for things people accept as simple truth.

Note that it has been guys like MacGruder and Broncbow who reacted negatively to a thoughtful look at what makes Tebow a divisive figure. Short of Klosterman declaring it a matter of "dooshes being haterz," I don't think any write up on the topic had a chance to appeal to them.

I love how his first sentence states he watched the game and the next sentence had me wondering whether or not he a actually watched it at all.

Then trying to read it was like trying to listen to someone pile on a bunch of syllyables why really saying nothing at all. WHAT A POMPUS ASS.

I love HOW his murderer metaphor had nothing to do with Tim at all. It reminded me of Billy Madison and the puppy metaphor.

The obscured truth, the "mystery" and unexplainable thing about Tebow is that he keeps kicking everybody's ass.

He's good. He can throw it. This will all seem funny one day. But I suspect it will take years to work through the "Tebow learned to throw with his legendary work ethic!"

He cold always throw -- the problem is his mechanics from the feet up to the arm are too slow for the NFL game, and he's had a learning curve to run NFL plays. Huge shocker.
