Him and Cole Ford should hang out. What the hell is he doing in Alabama when his team is in Oakland? Do they practice on Wednesdays?

Well, at least he'll be able to spend some time with some Raitards fans . .

Also, what's up with the stripes Ro? He looks like he's straight off the chain gang in O'Brother, Where Art Thou?

DECATUR, Ala. -- Authorities say Oakland Raiders linebacker Rolando McClain has been arrested. He is facing assault, firearms and other charges after a fight in his Alabama hometown.

Lt. John Crouch of the Decatur Police Department released a statement Thursday saying McClain allegedly fired a gun beside a man's head during a fight reported Wednesday night. The statement says the man begged McClain not to shoot him.

No one was shot, but police say a man who was injured in the altercation drove himself to a hospital, where he was treated and released.

McClain was taken into custody Thursday and held on $2,000 bond. Another man identified as Jerradius Willingham also is charged.

He's from here. Plus with his money, he can pretty much do and go where ever he wants.

Anyway, I knew something like this would happen as soon as he was drafted by Oakland. What a shame. I hope this was just a one time thing and he learns from it.........but I doubt it though.

He can do as he pleases? So just go off at night during the week to Alabama from Oakland. Tha kind of relaxed atmosphere is exactly what happened to McClain. I dont' care if you are Aaron Rodgers, you stick around for practice and keep your head into football (or family) until the bye week or day off. lying to Alabama and it seems he went out partying is not right.

I never said it was right and that he should be doing it. I just answered your question.

He fired a gun next to a man's head while the man begged him not to shoot him.

My guess is... probation.

Since he's rich and famous, of course.

Is it? I must have missed the first one in the paper. Hmm, wonder why non of the articles mention this?

If this is true, then he might be facing discipline from the league.

He was in Alabama for his grandfathers funeral (per NFL radio). Stupidity just got the better of him, what did he put him self in this posistion for? He deserves what he gets, probably more than he gets.

Wow. This is pure ruhtaaaad ****. Also, he forgot to remove the tag on his jeans.

comments - “why do you people keep saying "he needs to get new friends." HE'S THE PROBLEM. He played most of his senior season at Decatur with an ankle bracelet after he and his buddies beat up a kid. He had at least three incidents at Alabama. Two of which went away quietly. His car with no one in the driver's seat was found in Athens and everyone in it got popped for dope. Last time he was home someone took a shot at his car (wonder what provoked that) and now this.”fficeffice" />
