There are a lot of "IFs" for Tebow to get MVP considerations.
If we finish with a winning record, a 10-6 and/or if make the play-offs should be enough acomplishments to get some votes for MVP... Another point: As crazy as this may sound, a probowl berth is not out of the realm of possibilities, considering how in the AFC only Brady and Flacco at this point seem to be the only ones that stand out. Plenty spots left to fill the QB position for the probowl in the AFC... Discuss... |

[QUOTE=Tombstone RJ;3396517]hell will freeze over before either of these happens...[/QUOTEFor a team -the broncos- that was given little chance to make it over 6-7 wins, let alone make the play-offs, I think hell's got a good chance to freeze over...
Remember, I've said getting votes, not that he would get the MVP, but he's got a good chance for some nomination... |

One of the Denver Post guys made the suggestion today that Tebow could be an MVP runner-up to Aaron Rodgers.

Won't happen. He doesn't get the credit for the wins. It's always winning despite Tebow. Bad opponents, good defense, bad coaching, fluke plays etc.

Imagine the chaos that would ensue if Denver made it to the playoffs and won their first game!
Watching Teebs in the playoffs would be awesome. When the stakes get higher, his play elevates. We have a super-clutch QB. |

The level of play Aaron Rodgers has consistently shown this season, there's no way anyone else should seriously be considered as league MVP.

Florida won 2 championships despite Tebow and Tebow's HS team won a state title with him as the senior starting QB who had nothing to do with that either. It's just been a coincidence teams tend to win with him at QB. That is what the bozos would like you all to believe. Whether Tebow develops into a great QB, we will see if he is given a chance, but the idiots who want to believe he won't for various reasons, (mostly stupid), are just as annoying and silly as those they say worship him.

Plus the media loves them some Green Bay. I personally can't stand the little stink hole Green Bay and their stupid cheese-eating-fatass fans. Where were these diehard sell out crowds in the 1980's when the packers sucked? Oh yah, they were at home eating cheese.

True. I remember the second half of that Alabama game of his junior year. The game was in the balance and Tebow unbelievable. People can try to dismiss it because that was college, but he's been doing it in the NFL under less than ideal circumstances.

Well, the naysayers will say "only college" then tell us how great QB's in college are doing and would be better than Tebow, using their stats in college no less. I just love logic the Tebow haters use.

There's not a better player in the league to root for. The tough guy in a generation of prissy QB's. The mega-clutch dominator. The guy everyone wants to see lose, but who beats their team instead. |

OK, so the reality MVP ballot will probably be something like this:
1. Aaron Rogers 2. Drew Brees 3. Tom the lady Brady 4. Peyton Manning 5. Joe Flacco any other guesses as who might be on the ballot? |
