Fox likes to bench guys to make points. He has done it with Miller a couple times now. This may have been Carter outplaying him though. We won't know unless a reporter asks about it. That is unlikely now that it is Tebow time.

Yeah I thought Wilcotts mentioned it during the game - They wanted to try a couple different defensive matchups versus Miami. Chris Harris was also in over Vaughn at the Nickel or Dime spot.

It's a really smart game-planning move.

Moore isn't a threat to go deep on us. Let's sit our center fielder and run with 2 "box" safeties and just punch them in the mouth all day.

Was a great coaching decision, imo.

Had a couple of big breakups in the end of the game. I also thought he looked decent in action a couple of weeks ago. Plays very aggressive, which I think Allen likes in DBs.

Agreed, I thought Carter looked good in a role that almost mirrored Dawkins. When/if Dawkins retires Carter might be a guy that could earn the start.

Miami didn't seem to have any interest in stretching the field, so it certainly makes sense. I like what I've seen from Allen so far.

Not sold on McCoy at all yet.

Yeah it looks like they're just moving a lot of personnel in and out to play to their strengths.

Also, I wouldn't be unhappy if Chris Harris replaced Jonathan Wilhite full time.

Harris did well in coverage in the 4th. I was actually impressed.

I loved the thought of Moore/Carter when we drafted them. Dawk has been abused in coverage more than a few times this year, but he's still a valuable commodity in what he brings to the field.
