Funs one word I suppose. I'm not sure about 20k fans cheering for an opposing player. I'd go for pathetic lame ass attempt to sell ticket by a clown team.

They'll be more than a significant amount of people cheering for the Broncos in that stadium. Makes you wonder if the Dolphins want to lose. I never pick the Broncos especially in Miami, but they're 1-11 at home going back to last year. Makes you think with our starters back we have a shot...

Everyone's friend and the much beloved Stephen A Smith on ESPN also said that Tebow would do nothing and the Broncos will win despite him dragging them down. I really have no idea how this dude (Smith) is supposed to be some big time analyst and his opinion is worth constantly putting on tv... ? Every time I am unfortunate enough to hear this guy all he does is bad mouth and spew vitriole. I really hope that Tebow can show all these people that he actually does have talent at the QB position, he just needs some polishing.

Stephen A. Smith is only on ESPN right now because basketball isin a lockout. He has no business talking about football.

Kordell Stewart was even talking bad about him. Whats up with that? Like Kordell has any criticism of Tebow worth listening to.

Tebow is the guy who it is popular to hate. He's the groupthink fad of the year.

I have seen a few bits where Skip Bayless was pretty confrontational with Kordell about how Tebow is like him, but better. It was pretty funny to watch, but then Kordell took it personally and has been defensive about who is the better pro quarterback (himself or Tebow).

Hopefully, Tebow can put the argument to rest.

I thought ESPN reported that 10k Tebow jersey's were sold on the day (or day after?) the Broncos announced him as the new starting QB.

Anyone else happen to catch that blurb on ESPN to verify for me?

Initially it was 10K tickets, which has doubled within a day. I wouldnt be surprised at all if half of that stadium is wearing Tebow jerseys.

I wouldnt be surprised if the Dolphins pro shop sells Tebow jerseys on Sunday.

Is there a little jealousy that Tebow plays like the traditional "black quarterback" well and people like him? Watch those two clowns Smith and Stewart start throwing a fit when Tebow is compared to Newton on that segment. Their brains explode.

Saw the clip, Kordell was absolutely mad. So what he did suck.
Remember ROMO calling him stupid in the AFC Championship game basically by slapping his helmet like WTF were you thinking after throwing like his second or third INT, that one in the endzone................

I wish they'd have Tebow stand out on the 50 yard line with his parents for it. Get the Miami cheerleaders to wear orange and blue Bron... Gator colors and cheer for him as well.

I still can not figure out why a person with any intelligence would watch ESPN, let alone post anything said by one of the heard of idiots they employ.

Unfortunately for us Buff fans, Kordell was at his worst against Nebraska. It pains me to say it but he was a choker in the big games and he seemed to repeat that as a pro.

**** you. That's my name. You know why, mister? You drove a Hyundai to get here. I drove an eighty-thousand dollar BMW. THAT'S my name. And your name is you're wanting. You can't play in the man's game, you can't close them - go home and tell your wife your troubles. Because only one thing counts in this life: Get them to sign on the line which is dotted. You hear me you ****ing ******s? A-B-C. A-Always, B-Be, C-Closing. Always be closing. ALWAYS BE CLOSING. A-I-D-A. Attention, Interest, Decision, Action. Attention - Do I have you attention? Interest - Are you interested? I know you are, because it's **** or walk. You close or you hit the bricks. Decision - Have you made your decision, for Christ? And Action. A-I-D-A. Get out there - you got the prospects coming in. You think they came in to get out of the rain? A guy don't walk on the lot lest he wants to buy. They're sitting out there waiting to give you their money. Are you gonna take it? Are you man enough to take it?

Dolphins avoid blackout ......... thanks to Bud light

Tim Tebow wasn't enough for the Dolphins to sell the necessary amount of tickets to avoid a blackout, so they partnered with Bud Light to purchase the remaining tickets.

The team announced Thursday that Sunday's game against the Broncos will be televised locally. Bud Light will distribute tickets in South Florida to fans 21 years of age and older.
