My NFL Redzone is just all of a sudden not available?

Been on hold w/comcast for over 10 mins now...

Anyone know what's going on??

Do you have a subscription to Redzone?

Its only free for week 1, after that it is a seperate charge.

I've had Red Zone for over 3 years and this is the first time its ever been cut off

I'm having the same problem. I know my package included it last year, watched it all season. I have some upgraded package. Let me know what they say, calling them is a pain in the a** and I'm dreading it. Heh.

Comcast has truly been one of the absolute worst companies I have ever had to deal with, the other being Sallie Mae. Not only will they try to add charges without informing you, their customer service is abysmal.

DirecTV is so much better than Comcast it isn't even close.

They dumped a bunch of customer's Sports Entertainment Package without any notice. Wonderful customer service.
