I was wondering who was going to run their PS.

You know Lynch would hose that up too.

This was just an arm signing. Will be the PS version of Chad Mustard.

Nick Stevens has a masters degree in tourism management. In other words: Genius

Nick Stevens sucks. Probably signed to make TamPax feel better about himself in comparison-a confidence booster.

If Lynch had half of Steven's work ethic and confidence he would be the starter. No one is saying Steven's is great but he overcame multiple position battles and got better each time. All of our QBs could use that

Nick Stevens was terrible in his Sophomore year, and then rebounded and had a much better JR season, and his SR season was pretty outstanding from a Mountain West school perspective.

He was far and away better than the guy who went #7 overall, I can guarantee you that. I watched every game he played while he was at CSU.

This is a good story just because he went to CSU, but he will be lucky to make the PS.

I don't know if I am remembering the hit correctly....
But I think Lynch is a 4 million hit if we cut him.
So if Kelly is #2 by the end of preseason.... We may roll with no QB on the practice squad at all and just have Lynch doing those duties as a member of the 53.
Sucks to think it, but way I see it.... Steven's only real hope is if Kelly stinks or is injured, and that doesn't bode well for the Broncos.

Here's to being a real Broncos QB for a few months though. that's cool as hell in it's own right.

Why sign a 4th QB with the spot instead of a DL? Granted I know the pickings are slim this late but damn.

Still plenty of time before the roster is set. Guarantee there are other positions where they are over-stacked (WR/OL) that they could cut and swap for DL prospects as camp moves along.

Nick Stevens really is a good developmental prospect imo

Hopefully signing this guy is setting the stage get rid of Paxton Lynch. His agent Leigh Steinburg fed us all a bunch of bs about Lynch. He's a lazy bum with a low IQ. He will be hell on wheels in the arena league

Useless arm. We already have 2 young QB's that need reps.

Nick Stevens has never thrown a beer at me, but give me some time and I'm sure I can make that happen. Then we can really see if he's got a useless arm or not. Until then, please reserve judgement

Giving Lynch reps is like trying to teach my dog to read. Itís utterly pointless and endlessly frustrating.

Nick Stevens dog knows how to read. Or at least knows how to read as well as anyone who went to CSU. AKA we are all illiterate

Dogs look forward to catching cars but it usually ends with a mashed mutt if they catch them.

Broncos Country goes wild on Twitter becaus the franchise signed a kid from a local school.

Those same fans continue to crap on a QB who dropped nearly 800 yards, 7 touchdowns (no interceptions) and completed ~ 62% of his passes against Alabama.

WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!
