Same way Tebow did it. Same way Dennis Dixon did it. Same way Colt Brennan did it. And then UNBELIEVABLY, they were gone. Off to the dustbin of one read and run, spread QB fails.

Darnold should stick around another year. His completion % ticked down this year. That's not good! He's going backwards already. Needs to prove himself more.

I kind of want to punch Rosen in the face when I watch him talk.

Yeah, but his back of the boat throwing % is off the charts though.
Its all in each DEN fans opinion, bro.
Each QB has his issues. And each has his positives.
I guess we wil just have to wait and see.....

Yeah, and I've been his biggest hater here, but it's not without cause.
The guy is a douche. But he can slice up a defense if he has time....

I can agree to that. I think it's a good chance we get Eli anyways. And I just don't see LJ being Elway's guy. So I doubt he'd take him even if he was available.

But wait and see...LJ is the real deal. He's better than Vick.

I'm back? That's funny considering I've been reading the Mane longer than you have. I just choose not to post my life away on it....whatever floats your boat man.

You're probably one of those that was so convinced Reggie Bush would turn out better than Adrian Peterson. HA!

No more Paxils. These guys just don't pan out.

So, your assessment tells me that you haven't really watched a lot of film on Baker. That's fine, but lumping him in with system QB's is a mistake. I've seen the system QB's at Oklahoma...the Landry Jones's, the Jason Whites, the Josh Huepel's. Mayfield is not those guys by far. He's not a one read guy either...case and point, against Ohio State 9 different players caught passes in that game with only two of those guys having any prior playing time. He eludes pressure, Runs when he needs to, and directs his team mates when a play breaks down. In crunch time, there is no one better (See OU vs Tenn 2015). He elevates the play of those around him. Look at this year...loses Mixon, Perine, and his two of his best receivers from last year...No one around here predicted what OU has done this year. Time and time again, this guy steps up and beats the odds. If I was picking teams, I'd take him first. He has a passion for the game, he leads his team, doesn't take crap from opponents, and ultimately he wants to WIN!

He may be a tad short at 6' 1", but a one read, system QB he is not...

I think he's talking about me. I called aga a dirtbag. That's tough to him. These lame nuts were trying to promote Darnold over LJ.

I was going to lure them in and ground and pound them with stats. Aga being the one that can read out of the two, realized the pounding that awaited him...so true to being a dirtbag, he tried to find non football shortcomings. When he couldn't find that...he started posting pictures and insinuating falsehoods about a 20 year so he could sound internet smart. Pathetic I know.

To be honest, I think they both only watch football for all the close-ups of c0ck they get. Cause they don't seem to know **** about talent.

Said the same thing about LJ. Funny, LJ has more passing yards than Darnold. Darnold must be a one read and fall down QB. And His completion percentage is already trending downwards. He'll be at 50% by the time some NFL franchise realize he's an average talent.

Some fun facts for you about LJ. He's thrown for more yards than Darnold and 6 fewer interceptions over the last 2 years. ....And he's ran for more yards in a single season than CJ had his whole college career. ..twice. And LJ has more rushing yards for his college career than Booker.

PL could move but he can't run.

Mayfieldís stats **** all over Jacksonís, so if thatís the measuring stick we are using we should go for Mayfield.

Darnold has some glaring flaws in his mechanics, are you guys not seeing this?

Mayfield much cleaner.

Yeah, Mayfields stats look really good but I haven't seen him play. Some of those videos of him...I like him. His stats suggests he can move...but he can't run.

LJ passing stats are better than Darnolds!

What you're missing is QBs that can throw and run are rare. Randell and Vick being 2 of the greatest. He's better than both.

PL could move...but he can't run.

Hey, maybe Lamar's stats are better cause he's been playing in college longer. Maybe because Lamar's opponents aren't as good as another QB.
Stats don't tell the whole story of a player. If stats were all that mattered Colt Brennan would have been the #1 pick in the draft. But he wasn't. He went in the 6th round yet he holds all NCAA records for TD's, yards, etc, etc.

Also, to make the statement that Lamar is BETTER than Vick or Cunningham, having NEVER played a single down in the NFL is just plain stupid.
Relax man. Its just a discussion. You sound like your Lamar's lil brother.

Mayfield can run, he just prefers to buy time with his legs and pass. You really donít want a QB with a slight build to run a lot in the NFL. Both guys come from systems that arenít at all pro-friendly. Mayfield also uses proper sentences when he speaks.

Jackson has a scary build. Thin. Dude has a rocket arm and great talent though.

Still better throwing mechanics than Darnold.

People wanting to draft a QB with flawed mechanics.

Last 2 QBs drafted top 2 round by Elway - bad mechanics.

it is uncanny the competitiveness and maturity between Baker and Paxton.

Could only imagine, but for them it would be like looking into a mirror when Baker comes running out of the Broncos tunnel and locks eyes with Paxton in seat 73 row 47
