Beavis doesn't want to talk about that stuff. He's still grabbing at straws. In January, we will see more investigations.....

All of which Faux News and InfoWars will ignore, and the rethugs will be lost even more.

You do realize you kids throw out the 'voter suppression' trope absolutely every election cycle.

Regardless, your post was inarguably inaccurate. 2010 was the biggest house turnover in modern times.

Another flip.

AP calls NJ-3: Democrat Andy Kim defeats two-term Republican incumbent Rep. Tom MacArthur in New Jersey's 3rd District.

That has nothing to do with being "inaccurate". It merely confirms what we all know, that you've created a rigged system that you've refined to a fine art.

We throw out the voter suppression point with every election cycle because you're doing it in every election.

Duh.

The next redistricting year is fast approaching. There's a great chance you'll be in the minority party when it arrives. DEMS will then reverse the gerrymandering you've created, and with fair districts, your ability to do this **** will be gone.

You don't have the numbers to play the long game, and we both know this.

2010 was before the last round of redistricting even took effect... when Republicans really built an edge in statehouses.

Regardless. You said this was the biggest turnover since watergate. Not really even close.

If you want to modify your statement to say "that weren't stolen by trixy republicanses" be my guest. As it stands, fake news.

Naw...not fake, you've been cheating longer than that:

And it was the biggest DEM gain since Nixon:

How many are left to be undecided, besides the two Governor's races?

So nice to finally see AZ turning purple. Hopefully in 2020, it turns full on blue.

Jared Golden flipped incumbent Bruce Poliquin in Maine's 2d District today, which gives the DEMs 35th flipped seat and a 230 to 198 House majority with seven House elections still undecided.

One of those is in California's 45th District where Dem Katie Porter pulled ahead of Rep Mimi Walters by over 3,000.

The GOP retains slim leads in most of the other House races, but chances are good that at least one will flip.

So, over/under right now is probably 37.

That's the national level gain, which is great, but there are a significant number of down-ballot DEM wins in state congressional races as well. In Orange County CA for example, a district that was entirely GOP has virtually flipped to the DEMS now. We will need to do the same in 2020 to seize the reigns of power from the fascists.

AP has called the race for Katie Porter. I think that brings the total to 36.

Meanwhile, in CA district 39, Gil Cisneros (D) now has a narrow lead Young Kim (R), by 941 votes.

If Cisneros holds on, he will complete the total wipeout of the GOP in Orange County - something I never thought I'd see in a million years.

There has been very significant demographic change in the OC in the last decade or so. Eventually, it will hit the ballot box too. Certainly a far cry from when it was among the reddest counties in the country from the 1950s to the early 2000s.

37...DEM Jared Golden has flipped the GOP seat of Bruce Poliquin, a two-term Rethug who was the last remaining GOP congressman in New England who voted 97% of the time with the dictator.

Incumbent Mia Love (R) in trouble in Utah. Trails McAdams (D) by about 1,000 votes and court just ruled against her challenge to 2,500 remaining Salt Lake County mail-in ballots.

(Trump already declared her a loser several days ago, but I don't think it's been called by anyone else.)

GOP be like “stop counting votes!”

Lol

The only way they can hang on is if they gerrymander and suppress votes. It’s already painfully clear the popular vote for America is way left.

The way I see things, the Republicans have 0.0% chance of losing the house. In fact, I expect they'll gain seats. All the people who have been biting their tongues on Facebook, and not wanting to get called stupid by angry leftists who are quick to rant at them on social media have been counting down the days until they could close the curtain and vote.

Score one for the GOP. AP announces that Stacey Abrams has effectively ended her challenge to Brian Kemp.

Of course.

That's what happens when the guy controlling the election is the one running for office.

Abrams will be back, I would bet on it. Even in losing, she exposed that cheating POS for the fraud he is.

Georgia has been exposed. Doesn't matter who "wins;" Rethugs have been exposed.

Current GOP House want to subpoena Comey and Lynch for closed door hearings. (Hides incompetence of GOP.) Nunes making last minute appeal to nut jobs. Comey wants a public hearing. Lynch doesn't seem to give a ****. Back Benchers are going down dragging nails on blackboards. Sort of like the trumpistas hereon.

I submit it doesn't matter who "wins" in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi. The new House puts a brake on the tomfoolery of the GOP and Dotard Don. Nothing is going to happen on SS, Medicare, or ACA. Ain't no focking wall. Dotard Don will learn about the two parts of the legislative branch.

It's a better time in the US coming.
