Heaney, Wilson, Skaggs not pitching right now and add the ace to be out for 1.5 years and this pitching staff keeps getting worse. Up and coming kid in Sean Newcomb traded to the Braves when the Angels got Simmons (Aybar went too). He is ready probably next season.

Team is set up as a all defense and small ball offense, but they cannot get on base.

That was still a great trade for the Angels, but **** this season.

Did anybody see Bartolo Colon hit his first career home run??

Video cuts off as the announcer says," This is one of the greatest moments in baseball!"

Not even close homer announcer. Bartola very old and still playing at a HiGH level.

Robinson Cano has been awesome to start the year. Early MVP. 11 HR, 32 RBI (both lead AL) and at least 3-4 game winners. Mariners living up to their expectations a year later than was expected. Seager is finally coming around too. Their bullpen has been excellent. Hopefully they can keep it up.

Dodgers are going to have to promote Urias. The pitching isn't working right now. Wood and Kazmir need to get their **** together fast.

Season wasn't going very well when many of those players were on the active roster.

I agree. They're going to have to trade players like Huston Street, Kole Calhoun, Joe Smith, Yunel Escobar this summer just to get some young players back. Garrett Richards would have been the perfect trade piece before he tore his UCL.

Yeah, teams are probably working OT locking up their stars knowing the Yankees finally have all that payroll opening up over the next couple of years.

Calhoun won't go anywhere. With the Angels not doing anything for left field, they aren't going to get rid of the right fielder who has played 3 seasons. Street or Smith could happen but not both. Escobar is having a great start and if Angels continue to fall, that could happen to a team needing a push. Luckily, some contracts expire after this season.

I don't expect Ryu back anytime soon either. I don't think promoting Urias is the answer or the cure to everything.

The red sox are in the middle of game 3 vs oakland. In 21 innings, they've scored 37 runs. Unreal.

Sounds like if they promote him he is going to the pen. Not sure I agree with that. The Ryu injury is a two year kick in the nuts.

Max Scherzer struck out 20 Tigers last night to tie the record for most strikeouts in a game.

I fell asleep in the 7th inning, I wish I would have stayed awake for the entire game.

Kershaw continues to do the amazing. First pitcher since 1913 to record 5 straight starts with double digit strikeouts.

Did anyone see Thor hit two 400 feet bombs the other night vs the Dodgers?? Drove in all 4 runs for the Mets. That guy is a beast.
