I forgot all about his mom getting out. Must be a hectic time for him.
A lot of stress for him. Hopefully he can reunite with her and have her in his life for a long time.

I really don't think this would be stressful as much as joyfull. All the stressful details can be handled others when you have his money.

Stressful as far as preparations go. It's no different than any other life changing event, joy comes but so does stress.

That's like saying an expectant father isn't stressed.

A most confounding player. Absolutely love this guy but he’s just not consistent.

I guess when your family is prison, football just isn't that important

so much talent, so little drive to be great. he got paid, he won his superbowl.
Family in prison is relevant how?

He is going to see his mother freed and there is no threat to her life and no worry about undiscovered birth defects. Stress? I don't see it.

You really can't see how how trying to re-establish a relationship with a parent you don't really know because she's been in jail most of your life could cause stress?

patient: Doctor, am i going to survive this operation?
doctor: normally, you're odds would be great. however, i'm really distracted since my mom just got out of prison, so i'll most likely screw up something during the surgery. i'd say your odds of surviving are now 1 in 5.
patient: ok. i understand. family comes first.

Yes, Football is certainly as important as Medical Science.

if a football player is making 10x what a top surgeon is making, then i would think he should have the same ability to compartmentalize his personal and professional lives.

pro sports to real life analogies almost never work. this is another case of the two not being analogous

Not years like this year, for the
TDs anyway.

He sucks this year, he gives up on tons of plays and isn't playing hard.

There's only been 9 passing TDs all year. I can't fault him too much when the football can't get to him accurately and on time, in an offense who's scheme/playcalling sucks in redzones.

Remember when we opened the season against Bmore and Peyton threw 7 TDs - what a contrast to this season. Coaching or Manning?

Well the consensus on the mane is that Kubiak is 1000x the coach that Fox is despite Fox having a much better resume. Gase has shown he is a better OC than Dennison for sure.

I've thought its both. This system isnt so great in redzones. Just no creativity. Add in a QB that can't run for the pylon when things break down it handcuffs an already existing problem. They went 23 possesions without one TD. That's crazy bad, and not just because of Manning.

This! He plays so much softer than Sanders it's not even funny. I can't even imagine what Sanders would be like with DT's physical attributes.

True, he's only top 4 in catches and top 7 in yards with broken QB.
