Smith looked marginal at best against pressure. That's your franchise ceiling. Enjoy.

Of all of the suckage by the Chiefs and you choose to call out the Rookie who will likely be in the running for DROY, earn a pro bowl nod, and is near the top of the NFL in INT, and PD. The Same rookie that completely shut DT down twice.

He's a turd. I've never seen a QB do less to win a game by 16 points.

No way he is in the running for DROY. Too many other guys doing better than Peters. Plus he doesn't get to play Manning again to pad his stats.

They supposedly ended Brady's career last year as well. How did that work out for Tommy?

If anything this makes us a lock for a SB win.

Santos is the MVP, really, after Manning gave KC the game they still couldn't score TDs.

Like who?

Literally anywhere you look will have him in the top 5 guys. The only guy more deserving is Ronald Darby. Thats it.

Broncos just lost to won of the worst teams in the NFL just like Packers did. Neither pack or broncos are going anywhere in the playoffs.

My tears? Manning handed your team the game. Just look at the starting field position of your team, it was insanely good. Manning had his worst game of the season and that's saying a lot! Congrats on your win, have fun with another 8-8 year.

Chiefs finally beat Denver when we have a qb who cannot physically throw the ball anymore

Congrats I guess
Enjoy 8-8 and another year without a playoff win

You're that fourth string RB that gets a celebration penalty when he scores and the teams is down by 35.

You were nowhere to be seen until pick three, and the game was out of control.

Do your little victory dance as the winner today. Good For You

Three games back, Denver has a game in hand for conference, and has a three game lead in shared opponents.

We split the series for the 1st time in 5 years. Enjoy your SB win. You can say kFc beat the Broncos once this year!

Hurray, let us know when kFc wins a playoff game.

Is it any surprise these posters show up after this. They have been MIA for months and now they will be thinking they will win the division and SB. 8 and 8 with Smith playing well enough for KC to not draft a qb. 8 and 8 again next year.

I was here all week long.

Btw Brock sucks and you aren't in any position to draft a QB either

No but I know Denver has never drafted an elite QB, same as the Chiefs

If by "here" you mean posting from your mom's baSeimiant then yes you are correct.

Btw smith blows and you are stuck with his contract putting you virtually in the same position. The difference you ask? We enjoy winning seasons and meaningful games. We have an organization that will go out and find winners year in and year out. You? Well, not so much.

We traded for the rights to the 1 pick in order to draft Elway so yes we drafted an Elite QB.

kFc gives away 2nd round picks to get 49er cast offs like Alice, Bono, Montana, Grbac etc.

Didn't they also trade for Gannon?

All used up trash.

As what is normally the voice of reason on this board (from the Chiefs side), I'd simply ask that you please let us have our day. I'm not going to rub it in your face, that's just silly. We had a pretty darn good by our standards, you all had a very off day. The results are what they are.

The Broncos are still a good team, you have a bright future, and a leadership group who will improve your team. The world knows that, the Chiefs know that, the Hunt family knows that, and so do the Chiefs fans. The Broncos have the respect of the players to keep attracting high quality people to add to those you develop internally. We will suffer more stupid and unfortunate draft picks, players/FAs who tell the Chiefs front office "don't call me, I'll call you", and a million more years of not drafting a QB.

So we won today (Yay for us), but we'll be suffering poor leadership decisions and poor play from average/sub-average players all too soon.

Eh, Chiefs had a great day today. They have a change to get to 9-10 wins, but much like Denver, have little to no chance of doing any damage in the playoffs.

I do think Kubiak is inept to start Peyton if it was that obvious that he was significantly injured though.
