I don't think we'll ever see this team without Elway in charge, until he's too old to do so (or if the Bowlens were to sell them team I guess), so I try to make peace with not bothering to b**** about him. Yeah he makes mistakes, but he makes some good moves too, and doesn't seem to repeat mistakes tooooooo often. I wonder what kind of a relationship he's got with Brittany? I hope to see them form a dream team in the near future.

Maybe I should expect such short term memory from the mary jane mountain morons.

WTF would denver and the broncos have without JFE?
a craig morton loss in a superbowl against the team that threw him away?

Take all the time you need to list all of the bronco accomplishments when JFE was not on the broncos payroll.
yes, he has had his struggles, I have been an objective critic, but to call for his head 2 years removed from our last SB VICTORY is ludicrous at best !
elway haters, STFU !

I don't want his head. I want him to grow enough to realize he doesn't do **** by himself, and that his treatment of Wade after one of the greatest coordinator seasons in league history was shameful.

Especially considering he did it only to bring in this cast of low rent no-experience bums.

Without him we never land Peyton Manning.

We were a top ****ing team for his entire time with us.
He wanted to hire Radio as the DC instead of Wade. Just let that sink in.

#1 Chubb showing up
#2 Sutton showing up
#3 Freeman showing up
#4 Yaidom (have to wait and see, but he should be growing now)
#5 Jewel doing well
# 6 Hamilton (seems like a good pick too)
#7 Fugamalli (IR from day one like butt's first year)

We didn't go for another Lynch project.
That year we whiffed.
This year we hit big in the draft.
And we don't really know if we have a QB on our roster as all we've truly seen is Case Keenum.
Swag has not really had his shot yet.

Besides climbing for Lynch....
Biggest FUps where hiring VJ & Keenum.
Thats not draft.

Even Siemian was a good draft pick since he played way higher than what was expected at his draft status. Isnt his fault we had absolutely no one else. Elway had Lynch and Sanchez as a vet and they both busted. Siemian being well drafted, stepped up and gave us one of the best situations any 7th rounder ever gave any team.

Thats one whiff on draft and one on FA with the C plan guy having to step up.
Going from Kubes to the great Radio probably killed Siemian's career.

Just think about this for a moment. Kubes stunk at O schemes, having a style that was way old.
Yet with Siemian he went 8-8.
The Vikings went deep into the playoffs with Keenum.

VJ had em both looking like their floor selves.
Ceiling isnt even seen,.
What causes two guys to regress?
Common denominator is shtty coaching.
Last draft is literally the only good thing to come from Elway since we won the Super Bowl. It's encouraging, but it sure as **** isn't enough to clean away all the stink.

i 100% agree the worst mistake JFE ever made was letting WADE walk out the door.

I'd love to. But instead we'll probably eek out something in Arizona and we'll go on pretending like that's worth celebrating for the rest of the year.

I will be honest, I think we lose in Arizona also. Our weakness has been stopping the run. David Johnson might extend the 200 yard streak to 3 games and he has not been great this season. For a while I thought ok, we get to see a rookie QB. Well, we did that in New York too.

I have no confidence in this team.

any victory will be cause for celebration.
Hey guys , losing hurts me like all of you, but I had very low expectations going in and I was impressed the players kept it so close !
I hate our gameplans and play-calling but at least I did not see it effect the EFFORT of our players !
Unlike the JETS game !

you are 100% correct, we cant stop the run.
"we are not really trying to" is not an acceptable answer from anyone, especially our DC.
AZ ?
you wanna feel good about our offensive schemes, just watch the pathetic imitation vanilla play-calling going on with the CARDS !
you can predict every play, EVERY play, run or pass based on formation, never mind personnel.
the TNF game will be a sharp contrast to what we witnesses on SNF !

This. Plus if weíre being honest, Denver was a lot more attractive because Manning was here. Not so much since.

Regarding this years draft, most of the fans on this board were just as positive about last years draft class at this point in the season. The year before as well.

I think the calls for Elway's firing are hasty. We can't erase his previous success. He did inherit a team that looked at the time no less likely to be facing a stretch of futility than this one does, and he turned them into a Super Bowl team.

This situation is different because he now has to fix a mess of his own making, which involves a different mentality than fixing someone else's mess. But the initial success warrants at least another opportunity to fix it. Should there be no upward progress at this time next year, the story might be different.

Such a statement. You must have inside information to know factually about his commitment and resolve. Please tell us what you do know. We but a few are Elway fans and do want him to grow his legacy of success with the team. Cronies Again you know so much.
