VJ will stick his hand into the defense to help Woods out. Oh, I'm thrilled.

I dont think VJ survives 2 losses in the next 5 days going from 2-0 to 2-5 with Kc at arrowhead to come. I think ****s going to hit the fan after the Cardinals game if we are 2-5 and with 10 days before the KC game an opportunity for Elway to fire people. If we play the Rams tough but lose and beat the Cardinals on thursday i think VJ will survive to the bye week. If we get blown out today.........all bets are off!!!!!

exactly...It's VJ's defense and not woods.

This is how his team played in Miami.

Wade let one of the most boring teams in the NFL back in the game and was one onside kick from tying. Not a good day for Wade's group. After the first 3 drives, our defense stymied the highest scoring offense in the league.

You sound like they won.

Rams up 2 scores with 3 minutes to go. Several injuries to the Rams defense. They had them at 3 points for a long time. Short field int by Darian Stewart. Wade forcing a redzone int with beautiful coverage on the TE. Wade and their defense did fine.

Broncos gave them 200+ yards before mid way 2nd quarter. Game was never in control or reach for Denver.

Had to free up the funds to help make himself the highest paid GM.

Puts all the "Winning is #1" talk in perspective, doesn't it.

The innovation behind lining the outside cb 10 yards off the Los when the opponent has the ball on the 10 is amazing. I can't remember seeing that before. He pretty much begged Sammy Watkins to take a short pass for an easy td there.

Dude is out of his element

I blame VJ more than Woods at this point. He openly said he was going to be more hands on this year, and this is the result.

We certainly wouldn't have wanted to lose Woods as a hot up and coming DC if we had kept Wade as DC for life!

it's not Joe Woods.

Let's get this right.

Woods was on record and film last year playing the same aggressive 5-2 man under. We played with plenty of loops/stunts, hybrid fronts and kept aggressive all year long.

This year that's completely changed with VJ openly admitting that he's calling the defense.

I'm not fooled.

I'd like to point out yet again that VJ was the DC Elway wanted back in 2015. He actually settled for Wade. All you people who want to give him slack due to the Super Bowl win need to ponder that for a bit.

The 2 biggest decisions of this offseason was Keenum and VJ. Elway blew both of them.

And if Rosen or Allen pan out he'll have the trifecta of **** ups. I don't think they will, but time will tell.

The stats are a bit skewed because we've played the Chiefs twice already and they are lighting the entire league on fire.

I'd be afraid if we did select one of them, Musgrave would screw up their ability to perform.

This. Emphasis on the bold! So frustrating, lil Lindsay was trucking people.

You donít really need to light it up or put the pedal down when itís 30-14 into 4th quarters.

They were literally calling the same plays and no answer. Mid field slants. Kelce in the flat. Watkins running a couple routes. Exploiting 1 on 1s while they only rush 4. Was easy for them.

VJ was the DC Kubiak wanted. He actually settled for Wade. Elway's mistake was listening to Kubiak, making VJ the HC. His biggest mistake was listening to Kubiak, again, regarding talk within the defensive locker room and Elway not wanting to pay the man who got him a SB.

I'm not in love with this staff, but the Broncos have held the Chiefs to their two lowest scores the entire year, including when they played the Patriots, Steelers and Jags. It's at least an automatic 34 points from the Chiefs against anyone else they play.
